The staff was very polite. They checked in just enough, and let us take our time between courses. It was a relaxed dinner, no rush at all.

The chicken omelet cutlet was a nice lunch. The egg was fluffy and the chicken stayed crispy under the sauce. It felt surprisingly light, not heavy at all. I liked that the booth seats were roomy and comfortable.

Nice spot in a historic building. The garden view was pleasant, especially with the cherry blossoms out. Food was decent, though the pasta was a bit under-seasoned for my taste. A fine place for a quiet lunch.

The beef stew was really good! The gravy had a nice savory soy sauce flavor, not too sweet. Loved the hot homemade bread with it.

Tried the mizu yokan here after a few other old shops. Mitsuyama's has a really rich flavor, and the balance is just right.

The Kenta gyoza were really nice, filled with veggies for a sweet-savory kick. The set's Sano ramen broth was light but still full of flavor.

Came for a family dinner and booked the tatami room. It was really spacious, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely. The room felt very clean and airy. A nice, comfortable spot for a relaxed meal with family.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its first-class hospitality and relaxing atmosphere. It's a perfect hideaway for a special meal.

The curry sets are generous, and the fluffy naan was just right for the sauce. They also have a nice selection of local craft beers that paired well with the meal.

Just tried their 13-piece nigiri lunch set. For 1300 yen, the fish was so fresh and the rice had just the right seasoning. The miso soup with that deep seafood broth really hit the spot.

The owner is so kind and runs everything herself. The food comes out quickly, which is nice when you're hungry.

I had a delightful birthday lunch here, featuring a refreshing bonito carpaccio and a delicious poached Spanish mackerel. The fig bread was a standout, fluffy and flavorful!

Ordering by the piece on the touch panel is efficient. Tried a good variety. The horse mackerel and fatty tuna were the highlights.

The wood-fired pizza oven here is the star. My Margherita had that perfect, slightly chewy crust with a real depth of flavor in the dough. It just worked so well with the tangy tomato sauce.

The main branch is a solid backup if this one's closed. Service is quick, which is key for a business lunch. The tonkatsu set is reliable, though the portion could be a bit more generous. Convenient location near the station.

Love watching them grill the onigiri right at the counter. That crispy, golden crust is the best part. Got the mentaiko one, and the filling was warm and creamy. A bit pricey for just one, but it’s a treat.

Been coming here for years. They still give you that extra half-bowl of udon for free if you want it. Portions are big, you won't leave hungry. Solid spot.

The Suzushiro soba was my pick on a hot afternoon. Loved the fresh myoga and shiso on top, really made it light and refreshing. The noodles had a nice bite to them. Just what I was after.

The dipping sauce here is so well-balanced. I loved the dried sardine and meat broth base—it had a deep, savory flavor that wasn't too heavy. The pork belly topping was incredibly tender. A really nice, clean-tasting meal.

Came here with friends after checking out the Time Bell Tower. The old-school vibe is so charming, perfect for a long chat. We ended up staying for hours just catching up. The location is super handy.

Came for the set course. The octopus ajillo was a highlight - the octopus had a nice, firm texture and the olive oil tasted very fresh. The seafood paella was good too, though I wish there were more vegetables in the mix. A solid choice for a simple, ingredient-focused meal.
