The remodel is a huge upgrade, way more inviting. I'm all about those fish tacos now - the crispy batter and fresh slaw are just right. Our server Victor was super on top of things too.

I was on State Street in downtown Santa Barbara and decided to try this place. The outdoor seating was nice for watching people go by. I got the fish tacos. They were good, but the portion felt a bit small for the price. I left still a little hungry.

The cocktails are priced fairly for a craft bar. You can tell they use good spirits. My old fashioned had a nice balance, not too sweet.

The dining room is huge with lots of seating, which is nice. The old-timey decor is fun to look at while you eat.

Nice that the staff brings your food to the table. The patio is a relaxing spot. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients in my salad tasted. The greens were crisp and the vegetables had a bright, just-cut quality. It made for a light and satisfying meal.

The cocktail menu here is so creative, especially the series inspired by female authors. My drink had this little edible bookmark garnish, really thoughtful touch. The whole vibe is just cool and relaxed.

The staff is really friendly here. I like how much space there is, both inside and on the patio. It never feels crowded, even when it's busy. The big windows are a nice touch, and having parking right there is so convenient.

The custom cake we ordered for our office event was spot on. Design matched our logo perfectly, and the price was fair. Good option for corporate needs.

Anthony at the bar really knew his stuff. He suggested a great local beer to go with the burger. Quick service, felt relaxed just hanging out for a bit.

As an EV driver, I appreciate the location next to the Supercharger. Grabbed a drink and some wings while my car powered up. The bartenders are chill, and it's a relaxed spot to kill some time.

Their soft pretzels are the real deal. Fresh, warm, and a good size. Comes with a cheese spread that's actually good, not that fake stuff. I don't even like fudge much, but I'd go back just for the pretzel.

The charcuterie board was a nice match for the wine. Good spot to settle in for a couple hours and relax. The meats were sliced a bit thicker than I prefer, but the flavors were solid.

Busy Saturday night, but the staff kept things moving. Got my ribeye medium rare and it was spot on. No complaints there.

The burger patty was cooked just right, juicy and full of flavor. The brioche bun held up well, not soggy at all. Fries were crispy and well-seasoned. That's what I come for.

The staff here really knows their stuff. I asked about the ingredients in a couple dishes and they were able to tell me exactly what was in them, which I appreciate. Very friendly and patient with all my questions about sourcing.

Been coming here for years. Their jambalaya and eggs is still my go-to breakfast – always packed with shrimp and flavor.

Arugula salad was crisp, fish tacos fresh. Sat outside, nice view. I was happy they had a decent selection of local craft beers by the bottle—the IPA went well with the tacos. A solid lunch spot.

Timbers offers a unique dining experience with its historical significance and excellent food. The ribs were juicy and tender, and the grilled shrimp was cooked to perfection. A must-visit for anyone looking for a great meal!

The salsa bar is a nice touch. I kept going back for the spicy one - it's got a real kick. Made my tacos way more fun to build.
