Stopped at this little wooden kiosk after the hike to the castle. Just needed a cold drink and a minute to sit. The vibe was nice and quiet, exactly what I wanted. Got a lemonade. Simple, but hit the spot.

We went to this restaurant because of a picture in the Sardinia magazine with a Pane Frattau.  I searched which restaurant offered this in Cagliari and Panefratteria came up.  We endured the July hot weather and found the restaurant with good air conditioning and water and wine ready to go!  The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations.  Hope to be back soon.

Possibly the best fish restaurant in the Mediterranean!We were in Baja Sardiinia for 8 days and ate in this restaurant on 4 occasions.The quality of the food and service are  absolutely superb.We have travelled all round the Med and frankly this is the most enjoyable restaurant we have ever experienced.The quality of the food- octopus, sea bream, prawns is first class and the wine selection especially of Vermentinos is a revelation- you can try at least eight of them by the glass .. and we did over several visits! The staff are  brilliant --friendly, knowledgeable and  attentive.From the starter Negroni made with a local gin to the final melon based digestif, they are just perfect.This place is a real find!!!!!

Delicious pasta, very good desserts and good white wine. The staff is friendly and professional.    The service was fast. The prices are very reasonable. We had an excellent dinner.

We were made most welcome by all the staff and were well looked after.  Our order came quickly and was delicious.  Recommended for a great night out.

Stefano was our first contact and he was incredible. As he expertly prepared our pre-dinner drinks, he chatted about the restaurant.Nicolo took our initial order and also guided us through the menu. The wine list was quite extensive and featured many Sardinian varietals.Each dish presented as a picture on a plate and tasted as good as it looked.If you are in Cagliari, make a booking if you can get one.

A lovely spot near the square for a late breakfast. The coffee was well-made and the atmosphere was just right&mdash;bustling but not too busy.

The staff were so patient with us, even though we don&#39;t speak Italian. They took their time with our order and made sure we understood everything. It was a very comfortable, stress-free dinner.

The lunch prix fixe is a solid deal, and the house red they include pairs nicely with the hearty pasta.

The ancient stone walls give it a real cave-like vibe. The wine list had some interesting local options that paired well with the rustic feel.

Mixed seafood antipasto was the star. Fresh, generous portions of octopus and prawns. The staff was friendly, but the main course pasta felt a bit rushed after such a great starter. Still, a solid meal.

The freshness of the ingredients here is what stood out to me. The seafood in my pasta tasted so clean and of the sea. You can really tell they prioritize quality produce. A lovely, simple lunch that felt nourishing.

The bill felt fair for the quality of the fresh ingredients.

The beef tartare was so fresh, and that pecorino cream on guttiau? Incredible. Shared a few plates with friends and it was the perfect way to kick off the night. Just a really fun, tasty start.
