The sweet and sour pork was the highlight for me. Dim sum’s decent for sharing too. Place is cool and comfy, nice decor. 👍

Tried the mangocolada—bartender definitely knows what he's doing. Place had a good mix of locals and tourists. Relaxed vibe, solid drinks.

The coffee here is really good. I sat near the window and the lighting was just right for reading. Comfy chairs too, which is rare for an airport spot. Staff were friendly when I asked for a refill. Only thing is it got a bit busy around noon, but that's expected.

Grilled prawns were decent but honestly the portion felt small for the price. Fish curry had good flavor though. Coconut ice cream saved the meal a bit.

The mixed grill was solid, and the chicken kabsa paired nicely with a glass of red. Service stayed attentive without hovering.

The grilled fish was fresh and light, exactly what I wanted for a healthy dinner. They didn’t overload it with butter or salt, which I appreciated. Just wish the veggie side had a bit more variety.

The grilled octopus was the standout. Tender, smoky, not rubbery at all. The pizza was decent too, but honestly the octopus is what I'd come back for. Tiramisu was solid, creamy, good coffee kick. Didn't care much about the view or the vibe, just the food did the talking.

No. 16 of Must-Visit Restaurants in Mauritius

Decent spot in Rose-Hill, cold beers and a friendly local crowd. Pretty good for a casual evening.

The fish in Creole sauce was the real deal. Flaky, spicy, cooked proper. Samosas were decent too, crispy and not too greasy. Chilli bites had a good kick. Only thing, they don't take card, so bring cash. Would've liked a bigger portion of the fish though.

Stopped by for a quick dinner, got the seafood platter. Pretty solid, the grilled fish was fresh and came with a nice spicy sauce. Place was a bit busy so service took a while, but the food made up for it. Prices are fair for what you get. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The Belle Vue Restaurant at the Maritim Resort offers a fantastic buffet with a wide variety of dishes, including freshly prepared options that are sure to please any palate.

Restaurant in Maritim Resort & Spa Mauritius

I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant with my family. The service was top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was delightful. It's a great place for a family dinner.

Restaurant in The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, Mauritius

Came here three times while staying in Belle Mare. The food stayed consistent every single visit, which honestly impressed me more than anything. Portions are proper big too. Prices fair for what you get. No complaints at all.

The homemade gnocchi was the standout—soft, pillowy, really fresh. Place has a nice beachy feel too. Got busy later, so glad we booked.

The grilled lobster was properly done, and the half-cooked tuna was fresh enough that I didn't need any sauce. The wood-fired oven gives the fish a nice smoky edge. Service stayed friendly even when the place filled up around noon. Only small thing — we waited a bit for the bill, but nothing to complain about really.

The grilled octopus was the only thing I cared about. Tender, smoky, actually seasoned properly. Took a while to come out but whatever. Portion was decent for the price. I'd order that again and skip everything else.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. Pizza was solid, toppings fresh, though the dough lacked a bit of salt. Service was friendly and fast. Location is convenient right on the main road, but you get traffic noise. Drinks are just beer and soft drinks, nothing fancy. Fine for a casual bite if you're in the area.
