The welcome is genuinely warm here. I stopped for a drink after skiing and the staff were so friendly. It&#39;s a really convenient spot to come straight off the slopes. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

The charcuterie board was huge! Loved the variety of cured meats, especially that peppery salami. Went perfectly with my cold lager. Couldn&#39;t finish it all.

The banh mi here is the real deal. The bread is perfectly crisp, and the p&acirc;t&eacute; has that deep, savory flavor you want. It&#39;s a bit smaller than I expected, but the balance of pickled veggies and fresh herbs is spot on. Just a solid sandwich.

The whole sea bass was the star of our trip. Perfectly cooked, flaky, and so fresh. It honestly made the whole meal. Best thing I ate in Courchevel, hands down.
