TheForkUserThe food was truly delicious and the staff provide great hospitality! All the dishes contained local and fresh ingredients . We will definitely be back!
TheForkUserExcellent variety of different middle eastern tapas.. Personal touch,, Short and very good explanation of the different dishes, Good advice on the wine. All in all a very nice experience, Baklava Lebanese style was really good, no honey, more nutty. . Really taking us to the middle east.
TheForkUserIt was a wonderful evening. A very well composed menu that was served and could be enjoyed at a pace that made everything a culinary experience out of the ordinary. In a very pleasant way and without in any way being intrusive, information about the dishes was also provided. We felt selected! Well worth a trip. Thanks!
TheForkUserVery characteristic restaurant in the city center. Simplistic, but good food. Service was great. Recommended for a quick and easy dinner.
TheForkUserEvery time we spend our holidays in the Netherlands we return to this nice Restaurant. Our Kids love to go there, the food is great and the whole team is very professional and friendly!Nice interiour and clothings worn by the stuft so it really seems to be an ancient pub….
TheForkUserThe best lambsrack ever ! Unbelievably succulent ! Large portion ! Pity one has to hurry before it gets cold. We ordered creme brulee for dessert. Very very tasty, too. Extremely friendly service at this place. We will be back.
TheForkUserEverything was amazing. Wonderful building, surprising tastes and textures, lovely service. Before you know it, you spend 4 hours sitting and tasting incredible dishes.
TheForkUserLovely food place and atmosphere We enjoyed our time We ordered the butter chicken, shrimp, and another chicken dish. Which were all tasty and prepared quick.
TheForkUserQuality of food was well above expectations having read review records before booking. Ambiance is stunning. A great dinner.
TheForkUserThis food is lovely and made with care and love. The surprise menu is a feast for the mouth and eye. The service is friendly and personal. The restaurant is small but still enough room between the tables, so one does not feel like sitting in a small restaurant. I asked whether they had a Michelin star. They did not and said they prefer it as it is. That they give all the attention to the guests and have the freedom to experiment. I certainly go back there
TheForkUserGoed restaurant, mooie plek. Vlees was net iets te lang gegaard. Rest okay.
TheForkUserWe have eaten at the restaurant (De Tippe) many times in the past. Our experiences there have been somewhat mixed, from disappointing to wholly enjoyable. This time was good but not exceptional. We were seated immediately but waited li ger than expected for a menu and drunk orders. The website for De Tippe showed a menu in english (not merely a translation) but a physical menu in English was not available in the restaurant (we had an english-speaking only guest with us). All elements of the meal were well presented and tasty but our pork schnitzel (we all ordered it) was tough to chew and should have been more tender.
TheForkUserHeerlijk gegeten! The food was wonderful and the service divine. Joyce was great!!.
TheForkUserBeen here many times and it's always amazing. I love this place and the food is just great. Really Worth it!
TheForkUserThis is a cosy diner in the small village of Colmschate. We were very pleased to visit it for the first time: the food was fresh and really tasty, and we were served by very helpful staff. We will definitely visit again!
TheForkUserWas weer goed geregeld!
TheForkUserLovely little restaurant, decent Indian food (not perfectly authentic) but better than most you’ll get in the Netherlands. Adding more characters.
TheForkUserThe waiters were all very friendly and always with a smile on their face BUT-We had to wait almost 1 hours for our food to arrive-The quality of the food was very low and way overpriced, a student after a heavy night of partying could have prepared it better. Geitenkaas salad was a joke for !!!19 euros!!!! My favorite salad here in NL but that was just lazy and cheaply prepared. My girlfriend had a small paprika filled with cream cheese that tasted like nothing for 20! Euros. The bread in beginning was raw in the middle and the kruidenboter was dry and seemed old. Such a pity because the place itself was very cozy.
TheForkUserI’ve been in several Argentinian restaurants around the Netherlands, but I was always disappointed with the meat. Either it wasn’t cooked well, or it was hard or chewy, or the taste was unimpressive. But here, the food was super delicious, from starters to the main, including the desert. Highly recommend.
TheForkUserCozy and chic ambiance, food was delicious and dish presentation top!
TheForkUserThe atmosphere was nice and cozy , our waiter was very friendly and professional. But we found the menu way too long 4 hours for a dinner during the week! A 3 courses menu more creative and surprising would have been perfect, the food was a bit outdated and too classical ! Little disappointment: a rose was given to every woman but not to me , it gave a strange feeling when we left
TheForkUserGreat experience! Friendly personnel, nice to chat with between orders, the food was amazing and there is enough choice for all tastes. We will definitely be back!
TheForkUserThe meal was lovely and so was the atmosphere. I feel it was a little expensive for the type of food that it was. I would have expected a wider variety of sides rather than just chips and salad with everything for the price they were charging.
