As you&rsquo;re shown to your table they should instantly ask if you&rsquo;d like to order drinks, serve them fast and put some bread or grissini to help kill the time waiting for your order to be taken. It shouldn&rsquo;t take more than 5 minutes, and your patrons have nothing to grumble about.
