Watch your step here, the floor gets pretty slick, maybe from the kitchen. Almost lost my balance walking to the table. Food was fine, but that was a bit of a surprise.

The lunch set was a nice surprise. I really appreciated the variety of small plates. The focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients was clear in every bite. The grilled vegetables were particularly crisp and flavorful. It felt like a balanced, thoughtful meal.

Place was a little small but the food here was good. Went here on the last day of our trip (180323) cos we wanted to have some korean food before leaving. Food here tastes like home cooked food👍🏻 We got mackerel spicy stew, spicy dubu stew, beef bulgogi staw and seafood pancake. The ahjumma there was nice and friendly too. Come here if u wanna experience good halal food 👍🏻🫶🏻

Flavors needs no introduction. There’s been so much hype surrounding this place from day one, and it is still almost impossible to make a reservation to dine here during times such as the holiday season or the summer vacation season.

The fried rice was so good with the dakgalbi. They cook it right at the table in the leftover sauce, and it gets those crispy bits at the bottom. A bit salty maybe, but that's what made it so addictive. Could eat just that!

The service at the Margaux Grill is top-notch, with friendly and professional staff who make you feel welcome. It's a great place for both casual and upscale dining.

First time trying gomtang here. The broth was pretty good, and the hanwoo beef was very tender. The radish kimchi paired nicely with it. Service was decently quick even though the place was full. A solid meal.

Clean space, simple decor. Good for a quiet business lunch. Had the grilled salmon set - fish was cooked well, vegetables fresh. Service was efficient. Prices are reasonable for the area.

2024 Asia 100 - Light Bites

Got here around 5:30 on a Tuesday, no wait at all. Place was quiet, just a few other tables. The weekday early dinner vibe is definitely the move if you want to avoid the weekend crowds.

Great vibe in the lobby. Big screen wall, cool music. Felt like a chill lounge. Good for a relaxed drink.

Just dropped by for a quick lunch. The jajangmyeon is solid, better than most places. But the fried rice really stood out—simple and tasty. Good spot for a reliable meal.

The course meals are well-prepared, and I appreciate the focus on fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is spacious and comfortable for a leisurely meal.

It was pretty packed when we went on a Friday night. We had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. The noise level was a bit high, but the interior lighting and wooden decor created a nice, warm vibe.

The pastries looked amazing, but honestly, they're a bit too sweet for my taste. I got a slice of their chocolate cake and could only finish half. Good if you really love sugar, but the portion felt small for the price.

The egg scramble plate is a total classic, just like the diners back home. Perfect for catching up with friends over a simple, no-fuss breakfast.

The surau here is such a thoughtful touch. It's quiet and clean, which made it so easy to pray between exploring Itaewon and dinner. Really appreciate having that convenience.

The owners are a lovely couple, very welcoming. Food was solid. It's tucked away in a small alley, so a bit tricky to find the first time. Good for a straightforward meal.

Love the high ceilings and all the natural light in this converted warehouse. It’s so spacious, perfect for getting some work done or just catching up with a friend. The industrial look is really cool, but it can get a bit loud when it's busy.

While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of the Americano and scones is impressive. Plus, Marriott Bonvoy members can earn points, making it a worthwhile stop.

Restaurant in JW Marriott Dongdaemun Square Seoul

Even coming from Detroit, I found their pizza less greasy than the classic, but the flavor is still right.

The potato pancake was a nice surprise, really crispy outside and soft inside. The whole place just feels cozy and relaxed, with those warm lights and wooden tables.

I was impressed by the quality of the food at this buffet, particularly the homemade pickles and the live fish dishes. It's definitely one of the best hotel buffets I've experienced in Seoul.
