The seafood night buffet at Spectrum was impressive, with a good variety of food and attentive service from the staff. The relaxed setting made for a comfortable dining experience.

Came for the bingsoo. It's top-tier in Jakarta, lived up to the hype. The sweet beef was a solid choice too - tender and well-cooked. Good spot for a focused dessert run.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed, enhancing our dining experience.

Cozy spot for Japanese comfort food. The sukiyaki was perfect on a rainy evening. I had it with a glass of umeshu, a nice pairing. The broth was rich, not too sweet. A bit on the pricey side for the portion, but the warmth was worth it.

The sate taichan here totally brought me back to Malaysia! Perfect for a casual hangout with friends. Service was super quick, so we didn't have to wait long between rounds of ordering. Really hit the spot.

Came back for the crispy duck. Still as good as I remember. Sambal matah pairs well with it. Consistent quality over the years is a plus. Service was efficient.

The interior is so chic, perfect for photos. But wow, it gets really cold in there! Had to keep my jacket on the whole time. The food looked amazing though.

Crio offers a unique blend of flavors with their dishes, like the prawn tacos and chicken confit fried rice. Each dish was exquisite and memorable, making it a great place to explore new tastes.

The place is really nice, especially for having meals with family. My favorite dishes are the Peking Duck and the Honey Beef, both taste delicious!

The portions were just right and the prices were reasonable for such fine dining. The service was quick and very helpful, making the experience even better.

Weekday lunch, quiet and efficient. The set package with drinks and dessert offered solid value for the food quality and comfortable setting. Service was prompt. A practical option for a business lunch.

I visited Song Xiang Lou for dinner, and overall it was a very enjoyable dining experience. Unfortunately, I couldn’t try their dim sum because it is only available until 3 PM, which was a bit disappointing since I’ve heard great things about it.The restaurant itself feels very elegant and luxurious, creating a refined atmosphere that is perfect for dinner, whether for a special occasion or a more elevated dining experience. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the visit, which made the experience even more pleasant. I also appreciated the complimentary peanuts served while waiting for the food—it was a simple but thoughtful touch. As for the food, everything was delicious and well-executed. You can really tell that the ingredients are high quality and each dish is carefully prepared. Presentation, taste, and overall quality were all satisfying. In terms of pricing, it is definitely on the more premium side. This is not the kind of place for a budget meal, but the quality of the food, ambiance, and service make the price feel justified. It is quite expensive, but in my opinion, definitely worth it for the experience.I would happily come back again, especially next time to finally try their dim sum during lunch hours.

Always crave their ote-ote and fish balls! That crispy outside, soft inside... can't find it back home. The spicy sweet emping on the side is a nice touch. My go-to snack stop in Surabaya.
