I went there for the sweet and sour crispy Yellow River carp, but I was a little disappointed. It was a big yellow croaker and the skin was not crispy but flat. I guess the chef was too busy. The frying temperature was not good. The knife-cut noodles, stir-fried noodles and double cold dishes tasted OK. The waiter's attitude was super good. The environment and hygiene were OK.
