Sitting in front of the tall French windows, you can see the lush forest outside. When you look up, you can see large white clouds floating by. From time to time, the sun shines in, making you feel warm. The restaurant&#39;s wooden tables and chairs and stone-gray floors are in perfect harmony with the forest landscape outside.

This is a restaurant located in the Hoshino Resort. It is very popular, so there are always a lot of people every time I go there. It may be because there are many kinds of dishes here. My favorite is their raw beef, which melts in your mouth and is super delicious!

I made an appointment for breakfast here, which was very convenient. The elevator went directly to the 32nd floor.
There are 2 choices for breakfast, both Chinese and Western.
Since I was in Japan, I chose Japanese breakfast.
It doesn&#39;t look like the portion is very large, but it is definitely enough to fill you up.
The environment is great, and the window seats are very popular, so you must make an appointment.
The drink bar is self-service, and I recommend milk, which is a must-try, very rich.

This is where my wife and I had lunch at Hoshino Resort.
The location is good, you can ski directly here to eat, and the ski equipment can be placed outside the restaurant, which is very convenient.
The restaurant provides Western simple meals at a moderate price. The pizza is quite delicious and the portion is not small. It is a good choice for physical exercise such as skiing.
While eating, you can also watch the snow outside, which is nice.
