Came here after a long hike, absolutely knackered. The rump steak was spot on, really generous portion too. Staff were lovely, made us feel right at home.

Came for the live music. Good vibe, decent crowd. Music was a nice touch, made the evening. Got a quick bite, burger was fine. Solid spot if you want something casual with a bit of energy.

Been coming here for years, the Sunday roast is always reliable. The beef is sliced thick, just how I like it. Gravy’s spot on.

The pizza was really fresh, with a lovely thin crust and quality ingredients. Just what I was looking for.

Georgia was great. Super quick with the drinks, checked on us just enough. Made the quick lunch feel easy. 👍

Popped in for a drink on a Tuesday and got roped into the pub quiz. The staff were so welcoming about it, even found us a quieter table in the corner to join in. Made for a really nice, relaxed evening.

I really appreciate the focus on local crafts and the fresh ingredients used in their small plates. The atmosphere is lovely for a quiet lunch.

The steak pie was pretty good, nice and tender. The burger was fine too, homemade and decently sized. Service was polite and attentive. Prices felt reasonable for what you get.

Booked the upstairs function room for a private do. The team handled everything perfectly, really clear with communication beforehand. They were so attentive on the night, nothing was too much trouble. Made the whole event run smoothly.

This restaurant offers an excellent dining experience with top-quality food and exceptional service. Sophie and her team made our special occasion unforgettable!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was spot on, especially the lamb shank - cooked perfectly, just fell off the bone. Nice atmosphere too.

Popped in for a pint on a chilly night. The fire was going, which was just the thing. Kirsty behind the bar was really nice and chatty. A proper local feel.

Booked the covered patio for a party. Ryan and the team were super helpful with all the planning. Everyone liked their food and drinks. The space felt really nice and private, just what we needed.

A nice little spot, but the construction across the street was pretty loud. The food was hot and fresh, and the prices are fair for the city centre.

Finally got around to trying their Sunday roast. The beef was so tender it just fell apart, and those roast potatoes were crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. The gravy was spot on too. Properly hit the spot on a grey Sunday.

Really liked the vibe here, felt safe and relaxed. The door team, Gee, Baba and Xavier, were spot on - made sure everyone was comfortable. You don't get that everywhere.

First time here for a birthday meal. Impressed they got all our separate orders out together and hot.

Lovely little pub, perfect for a quiet pint after a long walk. The atmosphere is genuinely cosy, with comfy armchairs and soft lighting. Just the right kind of place to unwind.

Been here a few times now. The roast beef is always spot on, cooked just right. Mixed grill's solid too. Staff are friendly, makes it a decent local spot.

The 2-for-1 cocktails are always a good shout. It's just a solid, dependable place for a drink. The vibe is always easy, never feels like they're trying too hard.

Came here for a birthday dinner. The service was really attentive without being overbearing. They noticed our empty glasses before we even had to ask. The atmosphere was relaxed, not too loud, which was nice for a chat.

Nice spot for a casual drink. The happy hour deals on craft beer and cocktails are a real plus. It's got a buzzy, lively atmosphere, though the stools at the bar aren't the most comfortable for a long sit.

The beer garden is a lovely spot to sit outside. I had an Aperol Spritz, which was really nice. It's a comfortable place for a quiet drink.

Been here a few times. They've got a good range of beers and the cocktails are well made, you can tell the staff put thought into them. Nice spot for a group or just a quiet pint.

Been coming here for years. The food's always just as good as the first time, never had a bad plate. That's what keeps me coming back.

The bacon double cheeseburger and loaded fries were spot on. Service from Tash and the team was really nice.

Loved the rock n roll bingo night here! The neon signs gave off such a cool, grungy vibe. Music was spot on. A really fun evening out.

Food excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Shame there weren’t more guests in eating as being so empty there wasn’t much atmosphere

Missed my train and stumbled in here. Annie the barmaid was so kind, she even carried my drink to the table for me. That small act of care really lifted my spirits on a rough day.
