Perfect spot for a quick breakfast if you're in the area. Grabbed a coffee and their eggs on toast - simple but cooked just right. The coffee was spot on too. Nothing fancy, just a solid start to the day.

Been coming here for years, and the breakfast is always spot on. It’s the consistency that keeps me coming back. Gets busy, so you might have to queue a bit, but that’s part of it.

Got here early to beat the rush. Coffee's top notch, honestly some of the best around. Pastries looked amazing, grabbed a croissant. Quick and easy for a morning pick-me-up.

Lovely little spot. I had the vegan quiche and a slice of carrot cake, both were fresh and tasty. The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made for a relaxed lunch. It's nice that they're so accommodating with dietary requests.

Great start to the day. The Bloc Brunch on that massive sourdough was spot on, quality ingredients. A glass of fresh orange juice was the perfect pairing, really brightened up the plate. Staff were lovely, music was a nice touch. Felt very relaxed.

Love that they do chips in a cone! Such a fun option for grabbing a quick bite with mates. The salt and pepper chicken was a tasty choice. The place itself feels pretty modern and fresh. Perfect for a casual catch-up.

The best sandwich to have ever passed my lips and not to mention the sausage rolls/scotch eggs are top tier and delicious.Best service with the friendliest of faces topped with incredible coffee and even better coffee. You will not regret visiting here!

Walked in on a Saturday night without a reservation, and they still squeezed us in. The Baileys hot chocolate was lovely, served in a proper glass mug. It was £8.50, which felt a bit steep for the portion, but it was a nice treat to warm up.

The food here is lovely, but I do find the drinks a bit pricey. A simple soft drink or cocktail costs more than I'd expect. It's a nice spot for a meal, just something to keep in mind.

Bacon and brie panini was solid, good portion. The coleslaw was fresh, clearly homemade. Service was quick, which I appreciated on a working lunch. Fair price for what you get.

Lovely modern room, spotlessly clean. The shower was great. Breakfast was cooked to order and really hit the spot. A very comfortable stay.

The staff were just lovely. Our server had a real knack for making you feel looked after without being overbearing. A nice touch was how they remembered we'd asked about the wine list earlier.

A proper local pub, this. Allie and the team are genuinely welcoming, which makes a real difference. It's the kind of place where you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Food's always reliable and the prices are spot on.

Becky was the star of our bottomless brunch. She kept our glasses topped up without us even asking, and her smile was genuine. Made the whole thing flow so smoothly.

Popped in for a quick lunch between shops. The caprese salad was just what I wanted – the mozzarella was so fresh and creamy, and the tomatoes actually tasted like tomatoes. Simple, but done right.

The bhendi aloo was a bit too oily for my taste this time. But you can always count on their fresh samosas and pakoras, they're consistently good.

Decent spot for a quick lunch near the museum. Had the chicken sandwich, it was fine. Service was prompt, which I appreciated. Price is fair for the location. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

The QR ordering made breakfast super quick before our day out.

The rooms are a good size and the beds are really comfy! Perfect for a group of friends. The ensuite showers are fantastic. My room's extractor fan was a bit noisy, but it didn't spoil the stay.

The charcuterie board was a real highlight at lunch. Quality ingredients, very fresh. Their wine list had a nice selection of local reds that paired beautifully with the cured meats. A solid spot for a relaxed meal.

The breakfast burrito is the one. Perfectly scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns inside, and a really good salsa verde. The cakes are a problem though – the lemon drizzle slice today was too good, had to get a second one to take away.

The staff were so helpful with my dietary needs. I asked about dairy-free options and they checked everything thoroughly, even suggesting a couple of modifications. It felt really considerate and took the stress out of ordering.

The steak was spot on, perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. Portions were huge, we couldn't even think about dessert! Service was really friendly too.

My husband has celiac, so we're always hunting for good gluten-free spots. The menu here was a real surprise - he had the pasta and I tried the flatbread. Both were solid, the kitchen clearly knows what they're doing with alternative flours.
