蛤蜊熬的汤冲北海道紫海胆和盐水海胆；蛤蜊熬的汤鲜味馥香冲击力贯穿嫩滑的海胆，汤鲜味氤氲而起，入口暖鲜开胃～初冬还有的一点寒意被祛除，脱了外套喝杯酒开吃。

The clam soup is mixed with Hokkaido purple sea urchin and salt water sea urchin; the fresh aroma of the clam soup penetrates the tender and smooth sea urchin, the fresh aroma of the soup rises, and it is warm and appetizing when you put it in your mouth ~ The slight chill in early winter is gone, take off your coat, drink a glass of wine and start eating.

Have eaten here a few times for both dinner and lunch. I found the lunch to be very good value for money with excellent quality and fresh sushi. Dinner was a little pricey but probably offered a slightly higher quality fish. Overall, the sushi chefs are dedicated to their craft and very friendly, making the dining experience very enjoyable.

The restaurant is not big, with only about 20 seats. The Japanese food tastes very authentic and is exquisitely presented everywhere.

One of the most luxurious omakase I had! 

The restaurant is quite small, so highly recommend making a booking before heading down to prevent disappointment. 

The majority of the chefs are Japanese, love how they make small talk with their customers, very interactive! The staff there will also explain all the dishes before serving them to you, the ingredients are fresh and creative ( as you can see from the photos)! 

There also gave me a complimentary dessert plate for my birthday celebration, the airflow rock melon is so sweet and yummy!

Avg. Price per Person - special lunch omakase menu is only applicable at Carlton brunch, ordered the 12 pieces Tsuki menu, $125/pax. the main difference between the 9 and 12 pieces would be the sea urchin. I think it is worth getting the 12 pieces menu. Dinner omakase menu range from $300-$500.

I can’t even begin to describe my entire experience. It’s best for you to try it out yourself. It’s my very first time trying Japanese melon and it was the juiciest, and most delicious sweet treat to end the night with.
