Food comes out piping hot, which I appreciate. But for the price, I was expecting a bit more on the plate. The quality is there, just wish the portions matched the cost a little better.

Staff were really kind and helpful. Had a minor issue and someone went out of their way to sort it for me. Appreciated that a lot. Quick, no-fuss help when you need it.

First time trying the hot pot here. The staff really took their time explaining the different broths and how to mix the sauces. The all-you-can-eat deal is solid, you get plenty of sides included.

The fish and chips here are spot on. The batter is light and crisp, not greasy at all. The chips are proper thick-cut and fluffy inside. Just a really solid, classic plate.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, which made the whole evening feel very relaxed. They even brought a few little extras for the kids without us asking, which was a really nice touch. Just a very comfortable, easy meal.

A decent spot for brunch. The coffee's pretty good and the outdoor area has a nice rustic feel, even if the chairs are a bit worn.

Loved stopping here with my pup. They're so welcoming to dogs inside, which is a nice change. Even had a little treat for him. Made our walk way better.

Been coming here for years for their afternoon tea. The sandwiches are always fresh, and the cakes are homemade. It's a nice little spot off the main road. Gets a bit busy on weekends though.

The chicken jalfrezi here has a nice kick to it, almost like a tandoori flavour. Got a huge portion delivered, and the driver was a really friendly chap. Solid for a random Tuesday night.

Popped in for a coffee and ended up staying a while. It's got that nice, busy hum without feeling crowded. Staff were quick with a smile and kept my cup topped up. Just a solid, cosy spot.

Love that they use veggies you don't see everywhere. Makes the whole meal more interesting to share with friends.

Popped in for a weekend breakfast. The open kitchen downstairs is a lovely touch - you can see everything being prepped, which feels really fresh. The rustic-modern vibe is spot on for a relaxed morning.

The staff were so lovely when I was a bit lost with the menu. They walked me through a few dishes and suggested the lamb korma, which turned out to be just what I wanted. Really appreciated their patience!

Decent vegan waffles, which is a nice change. Went for the strawberry, banana, and chocolate one. It was fresh and hit the spot. Not mind-blowing, but a solid choice if you're after a plant-based dessert around here.

The student deal is a lifesaver! Got a free upgrade to a large on a Tuesday. Perfect for when you're catching up with friends and trying to stretch the budget. Made our little midweek dinner feel like a proper treat.

The new garden area is a real upgrade. It's fully covered and heated, so you can sit out there comfortably even on a cooler evening. They've got some decent student deals on drinks and food too.

Prices are decent here. I got a couple of their salads and mezes - the portions were generous for what you pay. Pastries are tasty too. It's a good spot if you're watching your budget but still want a proper meal.

The vegan unicorn cake with rainbow sponge was the main event. The sponge was moist, not dry like some vegan cakes can be. The frosting had a nice vanilla flavour, not too sweet. It held up well for the party. Everyone finished their slice.

Great spot to bring the dog! The staff were so nice, and my flat white was spot on. We grabbed some pastries after a long drive - just the right kind of casual place to catch up with a mate.

The retro arcade games in the back are a nice touch. My son loved them while we waited for our food. Kept him entertained, which was a plus.

The scones were warm and the cake selection was solid. Good sandwiches too. Appreciated that they offered to swap my hot tea for a cold drink without fuss when it got warm. Efficient service.

The dry ho fun with beef brisket is reliably good. My regular order, and it's consistently flavourful.

The oat flat white here was spot on. I've got some dietary needs, and the clear labels on the menu plus the staff being so clued in made ordering a breeze. Really appreciated that.

The curries here are so good and the prices are spot on for a student budget. Huge portions too - my friends and I always end up sharing. Perfect for a casual catch-up without breaking the bank.

Been coming here for years, and Andre's tuna baguette is my go-to. It's always fresh, and I appreciate that they use vegan butter. Feels like a slightly better choice, but it still tastes great. The consistency keeps me coming back.

Been a regular here for ages. They're always so consistent. The welcome is genuinely warm. Had a little spill last time and the staff handled it brilliantly, no fuss at all.

The cappuccino here is lovely, really smooth and just the right temperature. The supervisor was so kind when I had trouble with the payment app, patiently sorted it out for me. A very comfortable spot to relax.

Came here with a few mates last week. The mocktails are huge, honestly so much drink and not just a cup of ice! 🍹 Made it perfect for a long catch-up. The food was tasty and didn't break the bank either.

The English breakfast is pretty good here. The sausages are tasty and the toast is just right. It's a decent spot for a quiet morning meal, though the coffee could be a bit stronger.
