The grilled cod was lovely, and they had a decent house white that went nicely with it. The batter was spot on.

Been coming here for years. The food is always piping hot and full of flavour, just like the first time.

The mixed roast trio is a decent size for the price. The Yorkshire puddings are proper homemade ones, which is a nice touch.

Love the vibe here during the holidays. The mulled wine is fresh and the whole place just feels so warm. It's a really nice spot to unwind.

This place consistently serves some of the best Indian food I've ever had. The quality of the ingredients shines through, and the dishes are always cooked to perfection without excess grease.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. The takeaway sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Had mine in the courtyard with a pot of tea - service was prompt. Good for a business meeting nearby.

The fish and chips were a lovely find. The batter was so light and crispy, which I really appreciate. The fish inside was fresh and flaky, not oily at all. A nice, simple meal done well.

Always a solid choice for a quick bite. Valentina was super efficient and friendly, got my order out fast. The food's consistently good, no surprises. Perfect for when you're in a rush.

Fresh mint tea was a nice touch. Not a coffee person. Sandwiches were solid. Service was quick and friendly. Prices felt fair for this part of town.

Service was friendly and quick even on a busy Saturday night. They handled our group of 8 without any fuss, which was a relief. Made the whole evening run smoothly.

The portions are huge for the price. The lamb curry was rich and tender, the spices were spot on. Could have used a bit more heat for my taste, but the flavour was deep.

Been here a few times. The food's good and the prices are fair. It's a clean, modern spot. Had the fish and chips last night, crispy batter and decent portion. Does the job for a casual meal.

Decent Sunday roast, especially for Brighton prices. The place is tiny though, so it can get a bit cramped. Staff were on it, friendly and quick even when it was busy.

Love that this cafe is tucked away in the park! Perfect spot to catch up with friends. We sat outside under the parasols. The salmon and avocado on sourdough was huge, really hit the spot.

The portions are huge here, especially the pasta dishes. We shared a couple of mains between three and still had leftovers to take home. For the price, you really get a lot of food.

Stopped in on a hot afternoon for a pint. Four well-kept bitters on hand pump, plus a solid lager selection. A proper pub, busy with locals and visitors. Exactly what you want on a sunny day.

The staff were great fun and really knew their wines. Made for a very relaxed evening.

Paige C was so attentive and polite, really made our group of eight feel looked after. The atmosphere was fresh and relaxed, which was perfect for a birthday. I appreciated that the staff were happy to answer questions about ingredients.

The kids' meals were surprisingly fresh - they even ate all the veggies! Great to see proper ingredients for little ones.
