The seafood carpaccio at the Italian restaurant was incredibly fresh, and the pasta was cooked to perfection. It's a great place for anyone who appreciates quality Italian cuisine.

The Peking duck was excellent. Crispy skin, tender meat. Service from Madhu was attentive and efficient. Good for a business dinner. A bit on the pricier side, but the quality justifies it for a key client meeting.

The pork cutlet curry had a nice kick to it. Hamburger steak was tender, too. Prices are a touch higher now, but the quality's still solid.

I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic Italian cuisine here. The prices are reasonable, making it a great find in Niseko.

The Flats offers an exceptional dining experience with a summer menu that is both cost-effective and delicious. The presentation of the dishes is beautiful, making it a perfect choice for a nice dinner.

The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is incredibly friendly. The food quality is excellent, and while it may be a bit pricey, the experience is worth every penny!

I had an amazing time at The Flats! The service was exceptional, with the manager, Arn, making us feel right at home. The seafood dishes, especially the fish and risotto, were highlights of our meals.

I had an amazing time at Niseko Confidential! The ambiance is perfect for a night out, and the cocktails are some of the best I've ever had. Highly recommend the Gingerbread Old Fashioned!
