I particularly like their basil plum sauce, which has a unique flavor and can dissolve greasiness and soften meat, and is a perfect match with the marinated pork. When you bite open the golden shell, the meaty aroma fills your mouth first, and the best part is the plum sauce, which is sour and salty with a hint of grassy freshness, dissolving the greasiness of the fat.
The black pork restaurant I chose for my last meal on Jeju Island! It's a huge restaurant, packed with people from Korea. We ordered 2 servings of black pork and 1 serving of marinated black pork, and we were full. The side dishes were also great. If I have time, I will definitely go back to this restaurant. The price is not too high! ! I personally feel it's much better than the 100% Jeju black pork restaurant.
The owner of the restaurant is Chinese, but the taste is very authentic. Most of the people working in the restaurant are Chinese students. Korean barbecue is like this. If you want to eat, you should order more than 2 points, including two servings. In this restaurant, I recommend everyone to eat grilled pork skin and rice wine produced in Jeju, which is very different from the barbecue restaurants in the mainland. In general, eating in Jeju Island, South Korea is indeed expensive.
