We were in Lleida for the night and I really wanted to eat seafood. I did a quick search and up popped Caravista. We turned up, (probably a little early, first customers), and were greeted by the chef who instantly made us welcome. The food was first class, after an initial wrong order, but this was due to a translation mistake. A very talented chef that served some breathtaking and surprising dishes. Excellent.

The experience lived up to our expectations. Quality and good service. The writing of the menu in Catalan was a disappointment, with spelling mistakes, typos and Castilianisms. However, we will definitely return.

Good restaurant to eat, excellent rice menu, friendly and correct service, we will definitely come back, the only downside is that they charged us for water and it would cost them nothing to include it on the menu

Nos ha gustado mucho el servicio, la comida y la atenci&oacute;n. El precio acord&eacute; con el men&uacute;. El de arroces muy bueno y el de diario el precio tambi&eacute;n bien. Muy recomendable. Parking p&uacute;blico delante mismo. Recomendado.

We really liked the service, the food and the attention. The price was in line with the menu. The rice dish was very good and the daily price was also good. Highly recommended. Public parking right in front. Recommended.

Caravista

A beautiful place, formerly a monastery&rsquo;s church, with high ceilings and peaceful atmosphere. The waiters were highly trained and kind, and the food delicious.

Waiters were both very helpful, especially as we don&#39;t speak Spainsh, and guided us through the menu and options and the various wines. The food was excellent and full of imagination and great skill. We&#39;ll go back.

If you are in Lleida you should try this restaurant. It&rsquo;s a lovely local place, the food was fantastic and the service very friendly. Because it&rsquo;s a local place, expect Spanish food and Spanish speaking staff, but also expect excellent food (and drink!).

We&#39;ve visited La Tagliatella restaurants in Madrid, Seville, Barcelona, and where we live now, Valencia, and Lleida&#39;s is by far the best location! What a beautiful spot, with a big terrace and as always, GREAT food. I don&#39;t come for the pizza or pasta, I come for the Tuna Tartare! It&#39;s really fresh and consistently delicious. My husband just wanted a simple pomodoro sauce for his spaghetti, and that&#39;s what he got - with flavor. We shared a basket of the focaccia - nice ingredients - caramalized onions, olives, tomatoes. Very good wine, generous portions, nice setting - what could be better!?!

The place is pleasant and welcoming, but my husband and I didn&#39;t like the food. My pork was too hard and got stuck in my teeth, my husband&#39;s bacalao was steeped in tomato sauce. The best of our dinner was the desert.
