The amuse-bouche is cuttlefish balls. It looks so delicious that I thought it was a cold dish. I took it in my hand and put it in my mouth and found out that it was hot and bursting cuttlefish. The tiger milk shrimp sashimi is a dish with a full experience. The chef will give you a dish in the open. Kitchen explained the cooking method of the whole dish, the ingredients, and the Spanish fruit wine. Naturally, it is my second favorite dish. The third dish I like is seafood mousse with conch. I have eaten cooked conch in London before, and this half-cooked one has a strong fresh seawater flavor that is unforgettable. The fourth dish is smoked wagyu, which is about half-cooked. It is smoked in the box with charcoal and then sliced ​​and served with basil and other sauces. The fifth favorite organic dish is roasted avocado with peanut butter.
