Casona del Judío

Simply excellent - great food from Cantabria, well-timed and well-spirited service. The experience was, again, very good and it is impressive how the Chef manages to create this surprising, yet extremely well tasting creations! Certainly a Chef that is aiming for more (stars) and that would be, given it all, well deserved. This was the second and not the last time in this restaurant.

This is a very nice upscale restaurant with creative dishes made with local food. Every single dish we had from the Gourmet Menu was delicious. The staff was friendly and very professional. It was a nice touch to have chef Sergio constantly coming around checking on things and pouring wines. He made us feel welcomed. The main dining area is modern and unpretentious. We were shown the basement dining room (after the wedding party left) which has a totally different feel but it’s very nice too. The value of the highs quality menu here is great. I would come back for sure.

Again for the second time in one week above all expectations. Really, really good. Great chef with a lot of personal attention to his guests, great staff and a great kitchen. Will be back for sure! If you’re in Santander, an absolute must go to place!
