La Cepa

When we came to #CastillaLeón, we searched for this authentic Spanish restaurant #LeCepa in the alley next to #Hotel Alfonso VIII We didn't want to eat the working meal of the organizing committee anymore, so we came here at our own expense to have a big meal, and the food lived up to everyone's expectations. Since we made an appointment in advance, the store also reserved a quiet area for us to sit down. A wide variety of wines came into view. Who doesn't drink when they come to #Spain. For appetizers, we ordered beef ham and cheese salad made from a kind of "ugly tomato" as the locals call it, and mature silver cod. They were all delicious! The artichoke flowers were placed on the plate, and some fried ham crumbs were used to enhance the flavor. It was so amazing to eat! The fried onions and cuttlefish were really good with wine! The last plate of 50% rare steak was awesome! I can only add a cup of coffee to clear the seal [Facepalm] There is no dish that is a disappointment, I have to rank them, I can only say that the silver cod still has a bit of the taste of the sea, I don’t like it very much. #soria 🇪🇸
