Popped in for a quick glass with friends. The place was absolutely buzzing, which was fun, but we did have to wait a bit for a table. Good energy for a catch-up though! 🍷

Been coming here for years, and the staff are always so helpful with my dietary needs. They never make a fuss, just quietly sort it out. Makes it easy to relax and enjoy the meal.

Had our event in a private room, really nice setup. Mark was our host, handled everything smoothly, kept things moving. Made the evening relaxed, no fuss. Good for a group.

A lovely local pub, always feels welcoming. The staff are friendly and the food is consistently good. The beer garden is a nice spot in summer, though the benches could use a bit more cushioning.

Been coming here for years, and the team always remembers my usual. They'll even whip up something off-menu if I'm in the mood for a change. That kind of consistent, friendly service is why I keep coming back.

The Sunday roast here is solid - the beef was cooked just right and the Yorkshire puddings were proper. It's the kind of homemade quality you don't mind waiting a bit for. The whole place just feels really cosy, which made for a nice relaxed Sunday afternoon.

Been coming here for years, and the meatball starter is the reason. It’s always just right – perfectly seasoned, never dry. That consistency is what keeps me coming back. Had it again yesterday, and it didn’t disappoint.

The atmosphere in the Directors Box is fantastic, especially during live sports events. The staff are friendly and attentive, making it a great place to enjoy a game.

The braised lamb shank was the star of our meal. So tender and rich in flavour, it really stood out from the other small plates we tried. A bit pricier than expected, but you could taste the care in it.

The cheese & onion pie was spot on, best I've had in a while. Had it with a pint of Dell lager from Stockport. Service was quick and efficient. A solid meal.

Really nice pub. The staff are so friendly, and they even brought water and biscuits for our dog. 🐶

Great spot for a drink. The covered outdoor area is perfect for a rainy evening. Had a decent local ale, but the wine list felt a bit limited for the menu. Still, a solid choice for a casual pint.

Solid Sunday roast. The beef was tender, and the veg had a nice bite to them. Yorkshire puddings were spot on – crispy outside, fluffy inside. Decent portion for the price around here.

Good spot for a business lunch. Food came out hot, portions are decent. The recent refurb makes it feel clean and modern, which works well for a quick meeting. Service was efficient.

Took a moment to find, tucked away down a side street. But the vibe inside is cracking! Walls are covered in all sorts of old pub bits and bobs. Really liked the beer selection too.

The cakes are huge! Shared a slice of chocolate fudge with my mate after dinner, it was the perfect sweet end to our catch-up. Really good.

The beef bourguignon was spot on, really rich and tender. Paired it with a glass of their house red, which worked beautifully. Not your average pub grub at all. A bit on the pricey side, but you can taste the difference.

Came with a few mates, just wanted something casual. The Vietnamese fries were a nice surprise, crispy and loaded with herbs. Good for sharing, and the veggie options are solid.

A nice spot for a relaxed Sunday afternoon. They had a live band playing which was lovely. The staff were friendly and my pint was good. Just a comfortable place to unwind for a couple of hours.

Been coming here for years, and their Sunday roast is always spot on. The set menu's a good deal, everything's homemade. The beef's just right, never dry. That's why I keep coming back.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The beer garden is really nice on a warm day. Inside is comfy too. Got a burger and chips, came out fast. Exactly what you need when you're short on time.

The flatbread with lamb was huge, and the chicken gyro too. The manager was spot on with his suggestion to try the lamb first. A proper feast for two.

Been coming here for years, and the Louisiana Seafood Night is a regular for me. That Cajun seafood boil is always spot on – the spice is consistent, the shrimp are never overcooked. It's the one dish that keeps me coming back.

Solid Greek options on the menu, plus a few English classics. The vegetarian moussaka was the standout for me.

The fish and chips were spot on, a really good pub version. The sea bass was lovely too. I liked the feel of the place, it's got a nice, relaxed vibe with comfy booths.

Had a decent afternoon tea here. The selection was pretty good and portions were generous. A nice spot for a relaxed afternoon.
