Nice view, new place but bad food, need new chef!...it is good for places like this..especially for travelers.

Portions are generous, the scallop and prawn dishes were full of flavour. A good spot for a group dinner. The wine list is decent, found a nice white that went well with the seafood. Service was a bit slow though.

Nice place to grab a coffee around 10am. The owner's super friendly, and the WiFi is solid for getting a bit of work done. I just hung out for an hour with my laptop.

Staff were polite, helped us pick dishes. The place is tidy, toilets clean. We had salted egg scallop and wet butter prawns. Portions were decent for the price, felt like a fair deal.

Clean spot, no greasy smell. Prawns with mayo were the standout. Sweet and sour fish was decent. That's it.

Black sesame soft serve was the standout. Creamy, nutty, not too sweet. Oreo cheesecake was decent. Good spot for a quick dessert fix after dinner.

Owner really takes time to explain all the cakes. That personal touch. Got the pistachio slice he suggested. Spot on. Makes a difference.

Food came out pretty fast, which was nice. We were in and out for a quick lunch. The servers were on the ball, no long waits between ordering and eating. Just what we needed on a busy day.

The grilled squid was the highlight. Perfectly charred on the outside, tender inside. The smoky flavor from the grill paired so well with the cold beer. That's what I came for.

Claypot yee mee soup was my pick. The broth had a deep, savory flavor, and the noodles soaked it up nicely. Generous amount of wontons in there too. Found it really filling.

The staff here are always so friendly. They remembered my usual order and even gave me a heads-up when the kitchen was running a bit slow. Makes the whole meal feel relaxed.

Been coming here for years. The fish & chips is always fresh, never disappoints. That's why I keep coming back.

Big portion, authentic taste, best Japanese restaurant in Sandakan in my rank. however, they do not take reservations...so either we go for it or don't when decision time.

Good spot for a quick lunch. Ordered the chicken biryani, came out fast and was decent. The selection of Indian Muslim dishes is pretty big. Could use a bit more spice for my taste, but no complaints for the price.

Prawn chee cheong fun is spot on. Portions a bit small though.

Been coming here with my family since I was a kid. Tried their grilled fish again today, and it's still exactly how I remember it. That kind of consistency is hard to find.
