TheForkUserI took a friend to the Toby Carvery in Redhill for the first time. While we were waiting to be given a table, the first thing we heard was a lady behind the bar angrily shouting at the restaurant staff: "What's the point of me being behind the bar and training you if you don't let me train? I might as well go home." This was very unprofessional and not a little embarrassing for us to hear. My friend was not impressed. However, once seated, the carvery food was great. Special mention to our waitress, Alex, who was lovely: very friendly and chatty. We wish you well, Alex - you'll go far!!

TheForkUserWe had a great evening, very helpful staff and good choice of food. Only annoyance was the waitress asking what drinks we wanted just as we had arrived and taking our coats off, also one of the group had not yet arrived. Apart from that, we all enjoyed our meals and the buzzy Friday evening atmosphere.

TheForkUserWow what can I say but it's a little gem of a place. We took my son and his partner and had a lovely time. Food was fantastic and would highly recommend. Service was five star and would definitely go again ( and we travelled 55 miles to get there!!)
