The Green Man offers a fantastic selection on the menu, and the staff, especially Mike and Sophie, provide excellent service that makes you feel welcome and comfortable.

The tuna platter and salmon bento looked lovely. The fish was very fresh, which I always appreciate. They did forget a small side, but the staff noticed and apologised right away.

Cosy spot, really liked the vibe. Simple but warm inside, felt relaxed. The desserts are a highlight for sure - the chocolate tart was spot on.

Stopped in for a steak, but the seabass and haddock with triple-cooked chips caught my eye. Really nicely done. Didn't expect that here.

This Turkish grill is a solid option for a group. We split the mixed grill platter, and it was more than enough for three people. The price felt fair for the amount of meat you get. The place itself is kept very clean, which is always a plus.

Our waitress was really sweet, brought out a little dessert for our anniversary. It was a nice touch. The main courses were fine, but honestly a bit pricey for what you get.

Came here for a quiet lunch and a read. The modern, cozy vibe was just right for that. Staff were really friendly, which made it a nice, relaxed stop.

Nice to see proper veggie options. We made our own thali with four curries. The portions were generous for the price, so it felt like a proper meal. Couldn't finish it all.

The hot chocolate here is seriously good - rich, not too sweet, and the perfect warmth. Sipping it while looking out at the sea view is a real treat. That's what keeps me coming back.

We were a table of eight, and everything arrived piping hot and quickly. The drinks were spot on too. My only tiny gripe? The portions felt a touch small for the price. Still, everyone cleared their plates.

The decor here is really nice - a clean, cozy mix of Bangladeshi and Thai styles. It's a warm space, feels comfortable just to sit in for a while.

The team here are just lovely. Always a warm smile when you walk in, and they remember my usual order. It’s the kind of friendly spot that makes a quick lunch feel really nice.

Been coming here for years. Luke’s service is always spot on - remembers my usual and never lets the glass go empty. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Staff are super friendly, quick to help. Good selection for a quick lunch. Got the chicken wrap, came out fast. Nice spot for a bite.

The crying beef was so tender! I really appreciate how fresh the ingredients tasted. The meat had a lovely texture, and you could tell it was good quality. Just a bit pricey for the portion size, but the freshness made it worthwhile.

The lamb shish here is spot on. Really tender, cooked perfectly, and that marinade tastes authentic. It's a dish I keep coming back for.

Came here for a casual dinner with colleagues. The vibe is relaxed, good for conversation. Service was efficient, we weren't rushed. Food was decent, nothing extraordinary but solid. A bit on the pricier side for what it is, but the location is very convenient.

Solid Sunday roast spot. Got the beef, huge portion and really tender. It’s a bit of a wait when it’s busy, but the vibe’s nice.

Service was fine and friendly. We asked to move inside when it got a bit chilly, and they sorted it out quickly. The food was decent. A solid spot for a casual meal.

We try to visit the Foundry every time that we visit friends in Canterbury (about twice a year). Every visit the food, beer, & service has been excellent. Highly recommended!

Been coming here for years. The food's always bursting with flavour, you can tell they use fresh stuff.

The tapas were incredible, especially the gambas al ajillo. The prawns were so fresh, cooked just right in that garlic oil. Flavours were subtle but really came through. Best I've had in ages.

Lovely little spot. The light in here is just perfect in the morning, makes everything feel so fresh and calm. Staff are genuinely friendly, too. A nice, quiet start to the day.

Visiting friends in the area and they booked this spot. The grilled mixed platter for five was the main event. Every cut was cooked just right, especially those lamb chops. The wine list had a decent Turkish red that paired beautifully with the smoky meat. Service was spot on. A solid meal, though the journey back is a bit of a trek for us.

The sourdough chicken and pesto pizza was pretty good. An interesting twist on a classic, the crust had a nice chew to it. It was a bit on the pricey side for the size, but I'd get it again.

The bartenders and servers are so nice, they remember what you like to drink after a couple of visits. It makes it a really easy spot to meet up with friends.

Great spot right by the beach. Grabbed an ice cream after a long walk, and they had a decent selection of local craft beers too. The view from the little patio is just what you need.

Molly provided excellent service during our meal, making sure we were well taken care of. The food was flavorful and beautifully presented, enhancing our overall experience.

Family-friendly spot. Staff were patient with our kids, which made the meal manageable. Portions are generous for the price. A practical choice for a casual dinner out.

Popped in for breakfast. The menu had a good variety, and the food arrived hot, which was nice. Prices felt very reasonable. My only note is that the chairs were a bit hard for a longer sit.
