V.E.D Restaurang

When we arrived, we were surprised to find that there were no tables available for us inside, despite us having made the booking a month and half prior to the date. We were offered a table outside which turned out to be quite cozy with the heaters on. This, despite that fact that it was February. The toilet had no paper towels and the soap was running on empty.We had the Madras Express (one beef, one chicken) and were very pleased with the flavor and spiciness. Menu prices are very reasonable.The menu is a bit limited, however – especially when it comes to desserts. We ended up having our dessert elsewhere.We have been to V. E. D. before and it was an enjoyable experience.

Pleasant little restaurant for a casual visit. The service wasn’t the most attentive but the staff were very nice and friendly. The food surprised us - very tasty and well cooked! We may visit again.

Honestly we expected something better. Food took a long time and my friends steak which was requested medium was rubbery and over cooked. By the time she got a new plate I’d long finished my dinner.

The place is OK just of Möllevångstorget. The vegetarian burger was not the best I had in Malmö, tasted very odd. There are much better in other restaurants The ambience was noise loud music during dinner time. It was changed later to pleasant Lounge music. Something is missing in this place, maybe it was just that night. The waiters are very nice and pleasant. I doubt if I will be back to this place again.
