Both the alcoholic and non-alcoholic ones are delicious! The wine list is average. I am not interested in wine pairing today, so I ordered wine pairing by myself. The overall wine list is okay, nothing amazing. The wine service is average There is a rice cake dish that is very interesting. Spicy stir-fried rice cakes with caviar are very interesting! It's the first time I have eaten Asian street foods in this kind of restaurant! Fun! Both main courses (Ora king salmon and ny strip) have a problem. The things are too mixed and the fusion is very messy. It feels like adding for the sake of adding. I personally don't like it The dessert is also average, not refreshing enough The whole menu setting makes me feel a bit too hard. It feels like you want everything but you are very stingy. There is no level. I feel very tired after eating.

The real beauty of Etoile is the way they serve and present their food. Their food is interesting in engaging multiple senses, often reminding you of a modern art exhibition with a story, rather than just a dish.

The atmosphere, food and drinks were all carefully curated to provide a perfect experience. The atmosphere was creative and permeated every aspect of the meal, we will definitely be back again!
