没有蜡ollingThe restaurant has a whole glass curtain wall, with colorful boats floating in the air above and the unbeatable scenery of the Stockholm Archipelago outside the window. The food was a pleasant surprise. I ordered smoked prawns as an appetizer, grilled pork cheek and fried herring as main courses, and grilled yellow beetroot and cabbage as side dishes. The food was not only delicious, but also very vibrant, which matched the surrounding environment and atmosphere very well.

This is a restaurant that ranks high in Stockholm. The steak is pretty good, the red wine is delicious, and the seafood is also good. I am generally satisfied with it, but there are a few waiters.
Oaxen Krog is a very good western restaurant. The dishes are all delicious. Of course, what surprised me was that the desserts were so exquisite and there were so many choices. It was really unexpected. I ordered a dessert platter, which was very cost-effective.
The only Michelin two-star restaurant in Stockholm. The environment is elegant and the service level is perfect. The manager, foreman, waiter, and chef can all speak fluent English and there is no communication barrier. Every service staff is polite, professional, meticulous, and patient. Fixed set menu, no need to order dishes. The wine paired with all dishes is also fixed. The set menu is 2600 Swedish kronor per person, and if paired with wine, add 1400 Swedish kronor per person. Champagne is ordered separately, more than 200 kronor per person. All added up to about RMB 3400 per person. After the meal, you will receive an envelope with the menu and wine list for the night. Nordic countries strictly limit alcohol by law, and the wine in restaurants is relatively expensive. I am very curious about the pairing here, so I want to try the wine. In fact, it is not a glass of each wine. The waiter observes carefully and will add more wine you like. If you don’t like a certain wine and leave it there without drinking, he will not add it. The restaurant follows the concept of healthy eating and only uses local and Nordic ingredients, including ingredients from the restaurant's own farm. The cooking method is in line with the trend and is not over-processed. In terms of retaining the effective nutrients of the food as much as possible, it can be said that it has done a very good job. The Swedish lifestyle includes a very healthy diet. The products here also incorporate some elements of other cuisines, such as Japanese miso, German bear onion, and fish sauce. On the basis of traditional local ingredients, they use popular cooking methods to create their own dishes. The freshness of the ingredients is super good. Even if you don’t like the taste of some dishes, this point must be emphasized. Of course, I can’t accept all the dishes. For example, the old dairy beef (the 13th photo), no matter how clever the processing method is, the almost raw method can still taste the toughness and mutton smell of the old beef, which I don’t like. Figure 5, the Mahogany clam, which has lived for 200 years and grows in the waters near Iceland, is also unbearable to eat. In such a cold seabed, a lonely clam survived the lonely time. It may be about to become a spirit, but it is on the table. Joke, the taste is very ordinary. Some seasonings are too strong and will steal the flavor of the ingredients, especially the seafood. Just like the fifth picture from the bottom, the Arctic cod with Norwegian langoustine sauce is delicious, but the dill paste is spread under the cod, which tastes too stimulating. The color combination of white and green is very refreshing. If the dill paste and cod are separated, it will be much better. Especially delicious, Swedish wagyu, the meat aroma, fat, and taste are all wonderful. Elk heart, the first time to eat, with sour cream and trout roe, very good. Traditional rye bread, fashionable salty and sweet taste, very fashionable. Roasted Swedish pork, selected hind leg meat, thin skin, a beautiful layer of fat under the skin, and then thick tender lean meat, the fat is not greasy and the lean meat is not dry, and the pig skin is crispy. There are 18 dishes from appetizers to desserts. There are 5 wines, three white wines, one red wine, and one dessert wine. We also ordered champagne before the meal. All dishes are salty. Why? I love the city of Stockholm.
The price level here is relatively high, the taste is OK
