Traditional breads｜A small bucket of traditional bread was served to each table before the dishes were served. These breads alone are worth praising! Different from the usual breads before meals, the breads served here have obvious Swedish labels. A regular on the Swedish table, the crispy bread knäckebröd is crispy and delicious, and the thin slices make it feel like a snack. Another bread that is very similar to honey cake is Swedish rye bread. It has a solid texture and tastes both sweet and salty. Because many spices such as fennel are added during the production process, the rich spicy aroma can be smelled before it is put into the mouth! ! Sikaforsröra｜To be honest, this is my first time to experience venison, but venison is a common meal for Swedes. This reindeer meat in the appetizer caught my attention~ The venison salad with horseradish is spread on rye bread and topped with fish roe. The overall taste is refreshing and delicate, and the smell of mutton is minimized. It is easy to accept even if you try it for the first time. Swedish meatballs｜Swedish meatballs are almost the first thing that comes to mind when talking about Swedish food. I originally planned to go to the meatball restaurant next door to enjoy a feast, but I was scared off by the long line... Fortunately, this restaurant can also satisfy my desire to eat meatballs. Pickled cucumbers and lingonberry jam are essential sauces for eating meatballs. The sweet and sour taste balances a lot of greasiness. Another indispensable accompaniment is of course mashed potatoes. I have eaten mashed potatoes too many times, but this one can still be called the best I have ever eaten! After a meal with my friends, we were almost all attracted by this small bowl of mashed potatoes. Salted brisket of beef｜The front breast part with both fat and muscle fibers is selected. The slow cooking method makes the meat tender and tasty. No need for knives at all. It will be rotten with a light touch of the fork. Served with roasted root vegetables and horseradish sauce, the ingredients themselves bring out a hint of sweetness.
