Du Parc

The food was excellent. However, customer service is unfortunately not something that is known here. We waited 45 minutes for the starter and another 30 minutes for the main course to be served. We had made a reservation for 5.30 p.m. so that we could enjoy dinner in peace and quiet and then watch and listen to the musical Flash Dance in the spa theater. At 6.45 p.m. we complained because the main course was still a long time coming. My chicken arrived at 7 p.m. (without the fries I had ordered with it) and my companion's burger arrived at 7.05 p.m. No time left to enjoy dinner. None of the staff had made any effort to inform the guests. We were not the only ones who had tickets for the spa theater. At 7.20 p.m. the service employee actually wanted to bring me a coffee on the house..... pretty pathetic behavior. A real shame about the food, which would have been excellent. If you hadn't waited 3 hours, you would have missed out on a great meal. If you have time for dinner, you should not choose Du Parc. We will no longer be guests of this restaurant.

The food was good. The service was pleasant. All in all, it was a lovely evening. Personally, I found it average. However, ratings are always a matter of feeling and situation, so it's best to judge for yourself. Thanks.
