The braised pork knuckle here is the most amazing I've had in Europe. 👏🏻 It's completely different from the braised pork knuckles you'll find in China! The skin is so chewy it dances in your mouth, the meat is tender yet chewy, and the secret sauce perfectly removes the fishy smell. My friend, who doesn't normally eat pig's trotters, couldn't stop eating after one bite 😂 Besides the signature pig's trotter, the duck confit is also amazing! The skin is so crispy it glows, and the meat is so tender it's juicy! The beef bone marrow with bread is sinfully satisfying, and you absolutely have to save room for the dessert platter 🍰 Every dessert is above average! ✨Tips: 1️⃣ The restaurant doesn't accept reservations, so it's best to visit on weekdays at noon. 2️⃣ The portions are huge!
