Ristorante Bianchi

Went there in November 2015. My team worked hard for a week and wanted to relax on the weekend night. Someone suggested trying the local specialty cheese hot pot, but there were no seats, so a group of 8 people came to Bianchi, which is right by the river. We ordered tuna steak, cod steak and veal steak, with New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The older male waiter recommended white truffle pasta. The main course was served with a fried rice and various buns. Needless to say, the taste is great. It is not undeserved to be recommended by Michelin. Why is there a seat in such a good restaurant on a good weekend night? We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30, and the manager said, sorry, you only have 2 hours to eat, and it is fully booked after 10 o'clock. A very pleasant dinner.

Appetizers were served, and bread was served first, but the bread sticks given to each table were not given to us. We asked for them before they were given to us. The environment is pretty good in Switzerland, but it can't be compared with high-end restaurants in China. The lobster soup tastes good, full of shrimp flavor, recommended! The seafood in the paella is all big, unlike other restaurants that are small or chopped, and the rice is half-cooked, which Chinese people may not like. The lobster meat is not elastic, watery, soft, and not fragrant when roasted, and it is not delicious. There is a Chinese menu, and the price is expensive.
