Sreeja BellamI have Got Escape Lounge Access QR code when I booked my flight. Upon entering showed it to the person at front where they said “its a Lounge access pass we don’t accept it anymore and the lounge is full”. so what’s the point of booking the lounge & get sent away? When in email it clearly mentioned, “When arriving at the lounge, please be sure to present the QR code in this email. You may need to present other documentation or ID, such as your boarding pass and passport”.Bring & Mix - Manchester
