Portions are generous, mussels and lasagna were solid. The BYOB policy is a practical plus. Service was efficient, got the bill quickly. A straightforward spot for a reliable meal.

Service was really friendly even on a busy Friday night. Our waiter Bassey was so lovely and attentive, made the whole evening feel relaxed and easy. Just what you want after a long week.

Always busy, so you know the food's good. I finally tried their signature ramen - the broth is rich and the pork belly melts in your mouth. Worth the wait!

The naan was fresh and warm, perfect for dipping. The red salsa had a nice kick, and the mint chutney was really fresh. Portions were generous for what you pay.

The decor is nice, cozy feel. The off-street parking is a practical touch.

Loved the presentation of the truffle pasta. The little herb garnish was so thoughtful. A really cozy corner for a quiet chat, just what I needed.

Kaylea was lovely. She noticed I had my baby and quickly brought a high chair. She even offered a little bread roll for him, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was so considerate, it really helped me relax and enjoy the meal.

Oli was so lovely! The free meat and cheese platter with our bottle of Gavi was a great shout for sharing with friends. We ended up staying for ages just chatting. The wine was a really nice match for the nibbles.

Grabbed the half chicken with rice for takeout. Good portion, rice was the proper old-school style. Seasoning was spot on. Quick service, which is handy when you're just picking up on the way home.

Friendly service, but can be a bit slow as everything's made fresh. The wait is worth it for their sous vide duck leg, though.

Tuesday's daily deal was a decent bowl of ramen for a very fair price. The portion was generous, which was nice. A solid option for a quick, affordable meal.

Perfect for a date night. The atmosphere is cosy and romantic, and the bill didn't hurt at all.

The "little bit of everything" plate is a great idea. Got to try a bit of whatever they had that day. The portion was huge, and everything tasted really fresh.

Been coming here for years. The prawn balti curry is still my go-to. Flavour's always spot on. Never had a bad one.

Came for the Saturday lunch set. Honestly, the portion size for the price is a real win. Everything was plated nicely and tasted spot-on. Felt like a proper meal without the usual weekend markup.

Decent buffet for the price. The staff are lovely - Jodie remembered my usual drink order, which was a nice touch. The wine selection is a bit limited though.

Good range of drinks, including some interesting non-alcoholic options. The outside seating was perfect for a sunny afternoon pint. Found the location really handy, just a short walk from the station.

The service was pretty good. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made for a pleasant evening. The food came out at a decent pace, too. A nice spot for a relaxed meal.

Grabbed the mixed starter and chicken kebab for takeaway. Everything was still piping hot and well-packed. The portions were huge, honestly enough for two. The chicken was really nicely done.

The happy hour pricing is a nice touch, makes the pizza and a drink feel like a proper treat without the usual sting. The space itself is just right—not too loud, comfy booths, good for a casual catch-up.

Full English served till 2pm. Good for a lazy late morning. Sausages were decent, eggs done right. Solid plate.

Came here after reading the reviews. The place was consistently busy, which is always a good sign. Staff were really attentive without being overbearing, made the whole thing feel relaxed.

Staff are always friendly, service is quick. It's a reliable spot for a good meal and a decent coffee. Just a solid, no-fuss place.

The gluten-free bread here is honestly next level. So fluffy and warm, it's hard to believe it's free from. Really appreciate the thought put into the coeliac options.

The menu's full of dishes I've never seen anywhere else. It's fun to try something new. Portions are generous for the price, which I appreciate. The grilled octopus starter was a standout.

Anthony and Tilly were brilliant. So kind and patient with our big group, even when we were a bit chaotic. Really made a difference.

FANTASTIC FOOD! Service, friend, professional staff. Been there various times & that’s why we keep going back. Keep up the excellent work Chilli Banana! 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

Really friendly service here, everyone was so welcoming. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, made for a good evening out. Food was tasty, especially the pasta dish we tried.

Good spot for a sunny day, plenty of outdoor seating. The new cake display and ice cream bar are a solid addition. Grabbed a coffee and a slice of lemon drizzle cake there last week. It hit the spot.
