The staff was so kind, smiling and patient while we tried to figure out the Italian menu. It felt warm, not rushed at all. That made the whole evening.

Stumbled upon this place in Manduria. The fettuccine with sea urchin was really delicate but packed a punch. That Sichuan pepper jelly at the end? A cool touch.

Decided to try their appetizers during lunch. Quick service, got my order fast. The pairings were interesting, some worked better than others. Good for a quick bite.

The sandwiches are excellent, but the real star is the view from the outdoor tables. Just sitting there, overlooking the ravine... it’s so peaceful. That alone made the visit.

The staff was so sweet when we showed up soaked from the rain! They gave us towels, which was a really nice touch.

Vito, the owner, is so lovely, and his chef is wonderful, extremely professional, with a high standard of presentation on her food. Very cool place I will be back. For me the lighting is always too bright, but I find that everywhere in Italy.

Very cosy place, though not a lot of space and can become occupied very quickly. We were lucky and it was calmer. Nice hosts, the food was amazing.

The restaurant was excellent, and the food was delicious. The sommelier was friendly and provided excellent wine pairings for the different courses, while sticking with local vintages. The only reason I cannot give this restaurant a higher rating is because the waiter who served my dishes had horrible body odor - it was nauseating and made me completely lose my appetite.

The terrace has a lovely view of the old town and valley, and they have a nice little flower corner. It's a very comfortable spot to sit. The inside feels pleasant too, just a bit warmer on a sunny day.

Perfect for a quick lunch. Their meat plate is always ready to go. Quality is solid, flavors are on point. Gets me in and out fast.

The panzerotti were the highlight for me. The dough was so light, and the filling was just warm and comforting. A perfect little treat on a chilly evening.

Chef's homemade sorbets. Passionate guy. The lemon one was sharp, really cleansed the palate. A solid finish.

If you're looking for a place with a fantastic ambiance and excellent service, this is it! The outdoor seating is lovely, and the wine selection is top-notch, especially the Apulian Spritz.

I had a wonderful dinner with a delicious pizza made from quality ingredients. The service was attentive and careful, making it a place I would definitely return to.

I was under the impression that there was a separate restaurant AGUA not just the normal one for hotel guests! Chef was concentrating on producing food for a small function therefore all service for drinks , food and wine was poor throughout. Our meal was small, overcooked and rushed. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

We received a warm welcome and the service as well as the food were excellent. You also have a nice view of the city of Ostuni and there is parking adjacent to the restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay.

Had the seafood pasta for lunch. Generous portion, fresh ingredients. Service was prompt, got my order in 15 minutes. Good spot for a quick business meal near the office. A bit noisy, but expected for the lunch rush.

One of the best meals we have had in Puglia. Great food, fantastic service, sophisticated atmosphere. Could not fault this restaurant.

The staff was so kind to accommodate our last-minute request even on a packed Friday night. I really appreciate their helpful attitude when they're clearly under pressure. It made waiting for a table much less stressful.
