Our server was so nice and checked on us just the right amount. It felt like we were hanging out at a friend's place, which was a nice touch.

Been coming here for years, and the loaded baked potato is the reason. Always perfectly seasoned, never greasy. It's that one side I can count on every single time.

Birthday dinner. Manager came by to say hi, nice touch. Steaks were cooked just right, sides had good flavor. Casual spot, felt comfortable.

Wyatt and Ashley were very attentive, service was prompt. The queso dip and stuffed mushrooms were solid. Biscuits were a bit dry but fine. Good spot for a quick business lunch near the office.

The steakburgers were solid – warm and juicy. The shoestring fries were perfectly crispy, just the way I like 'em. Good value for the price.

Been coming here for years. The burgers and fries are always solid, a reliable choice every time.

The spicy shrimp and chicken pasta is solid. Creamy sauce, good amount of shrimp and chicken. Hits the spot.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always so warm and genuine. Our server tonight was just like that - professional but also felt like a friend. It's that consistency that keeps me coming back.

Joined the waitlist online before heading over. Table was ready pretty much right when we walked in. Skipped the whole line outside.

Angela was a really nice server. The fireplace made it feel cozy after being out in the cold all day. The food was pretty good, though my pasta was a little under-seasoned. A solid spot.

Love the live music here! It really makes the evening. The food is good, just what you'd expect from a place like this. My only thing is the seating can be a bit tight when it's busy.

Just stopped by for lunch while exploring Gatlinburg. The pulled pork sandwich was solid, and you can’t beat the convenience of the spot. A bit busy, but that’s the trade-off for being right in the middle of everything.

Great spot on the main strip for a quick bite. The ingredients in my salad tasted really fresh.

Madeline was our server and she just had this way of making everything feel easy. Her suggestions were spot-on, especially the wine pairing. It was the kind of attentive service that you notice and appreciate.

The Five Points Breakfast is my new go-to. That biscuit is so soft, and the hashbrowns have the best mix of crispy and tender. Got it fast and it was just what I needed.

Loved watching the kitchen work through the open counter. The spicy tortellini with sausage was spot on.

Solid diner burger. Ran out of buns, so had it on toast - still hit the spot. Grabbed banana pudding to go.

The patio was so peaceful, shaded by these big leafy trees. It made our lunch feel like a little escape from the city buzz. The servers were really sweet, too.

The manager stopped by our table to chat, which was a nice touch. They even brought extra napkins and wet wipes before we even needed to ask. Staff is just really friendly here.

Came here with a group of friends last night. The vibe was super casual and they squeezed us in without a reservation, which was a lifesaver. We just wanted a chill place to catch up, and this totally fit the bill.

Solid bar food, especially the wings and quesadillas. Good value for the price, and the staff are happy to change the TV to your game.

The gluten-free fryer is a huge plus for me. The staff really knows their stuff about cross-contamination, which makes a big difference. Felt safe ordering the fries.

First time here and that hashbrown casserole is a must. So creamy and cheesy, with the perfect crispy top. The biscuits were fantastic too, but that casserole is what I’ll be thinking about.

Sat outside on a nice evening. The prime rib was juicy, and paired really well with a bold Cabernet from their list. My daughter's ribeye was a hit too. Salad was finely chopped, which I liked. Server was on point with the wine timing.

The fried chicken portion is huge for the price. Hash brown casserole was good too.

Cozy spot with a clean feel. The ingredients in my salad tasted really fresh, which I always appreciate.

Been coming here for years, and that's why. Ordered the usual, kitchen got it wrong. Manager sorted it out right away, no fuss, made it right. That kind of reliable response keeps me coming back.
