The Michelin two-star Cote hidden in the Capella Hotel is so amazing! It is definitely the ceiling of seafood dishes. Chef Marco brought the pigeon meat dish from the world's first restaurant. When it is cut, the pink gravy seems to ooze out. It is surprisingly crispy and tender when bitten. The crispy skin has the aroma of grains, and the inside is crispy as fresh and natural as if it is holding morning dew. It completely subverts the perception of pigeon meat!
