It showcases the most delicious contemporary German dishes. The presentation and creativity are great. It feels like a work of art. It is completely different from the rough impression of German cuisine. It is worth going there to experience.

This western restaurant has a complete range of dishes. There is not a lot of people if you go there at mealtime and you don&#39;t have to queue up. The food tastes good and it is worth going there. The steak is very good and thick. This western restaurant is really worth recommending.

Recently, I went to a very famous Mediterranean restaurant in Bangkok: [Mama Dolores] on the recommendation of a friend. I didn&#39;t expect that this restaurant is located in a small alley of a residential house where the city owner occasionally takes a shortcut to work. It&#39;s really a coincidence.

When you walk into the restaurant courtyard, you can see several big trees of 30 to 40 meters high at the door, and you will instantly feel that the air is fresher. The interior of the restaurant is divided into two dining rooms: the pergola hall and the air-conditioned dining bar. The central area is an open oven and kitchen, where you can watch the chefs kneading and baking dough in front of the oven. (They don&#39;t bake the pancakes one by one, but five or six pancakes are lined up on a long iron shovel and put into the oven at one time. They can be taken out after three or two minutes. It&#39;s very interesting)

Specially recommended dishes:

1. Hummus champignon: The outermost layer of milky white chickpeas looks particularly like cream. Put it in the baked buns and take a bite: it&#39;s really delicious!
2. Home-made Yogurt Cheese &amp; Spinach Mozzarella &amp; Grilled Shrimp &amp; Flatbread &amp; Fruit Red Wine: They are all good and worth a try.

I have to say that Mediterranean cuisine is really a carbohydrate feast, and many dishes are served with flatbreads by default. If you come to eat, remember not to order a la carte, otherwise you will be very stressed when you see five or six flatbreads on the table! Because I went there on the weekend, there were many families in the restaurant for dinner. I was surprised that there were so many Thais who liked this kind of Mediterranean food~ It seems that the city lord still needs to discover more magical restaurants in the future~

The 65th floor of Lotus Tower offers an unparalleled view of the Masahiro River and top ingredients flown in daily from France and Toyosu Market. Hokkaido deep-sea Kichiji, Miyagi Yamame Sakura Landlocked Salmon, Toyama Firefly Squid, Niigata A5 Wagyu, Ossetra Caviar, Sous-vide French Bresse Chicken &amp; Nagasaki Red Sea Urchin. Chef Kawasaki, who pays close attention to detail, and his passionate service team are highly recommended. It tastes amazing.

The tempura was crispy and fried just right, the teriyaki chicken sauce was rich and tasty, and the chicken was tender. The restaurant environment was also very comfortable and quiet, and the diners kept their voices down, which was a good feeling.
