But what we got was easily one of the best meals of our trip.We ordered the prawn risotto with chorizo, spaghetti kheemao seafood, and the lemongrass pork belly &mdash; and every dish was a hit. The pork belly absolutely stole the show. The fat melted effortlessly in the mouth, and the lean meat just fell apart with the gentlest pull. Rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced with that hint of lemongrass.The spaghetti kheemao was bold and flavourful &mdash; cooked al dente and layered with spicy, garlicky, peppery depth. You could taste the attention to detail in every bite. Seafood was fresh and perfectly timed &mdash; no rubbery squid or overdone prawns here. The risotto? Creamy, flavourful, and just the right texture. Nothing soggy or bland about it.Service was just as warm &mdash; staff checked in on us just enough without being intrusive.
