Chang Phueak Pork Leg Rice

Friends who have been to Chiang Mai must be familiar with Feng Feifei's pork trotter rice. There are actually many such restaurants in Yunnan with super high ratings of pork trotter rice. 🌟The Dai-Thai taste focuses on strong taste, and the side dishes of pork trotter rice are also sour and spicy. The green pepper is first baked with charcoal fire to soften and then pounded. In addition to the pickled vegetables and pickled cucumbers, the chili juice is also poured on the pig's feet. Mix well and eat together. It is full of flavor and not greasy. Scoop a spoonful of rice covered with pork trotter soup, put a layer of lean leg meat, cover with a piece of soft and elastic pig skin, and top it with some pickled cabbage. Put it in a small spoonful at a time; various flavors spread in the mouth with chewing, and the satisfaction brought by the food rushes straight into the skull, making people happy physically and mentally; after chewing, have some ice cola, and use this ice cold to draw a bar line on the food score being composed~ Eat well and feel the wonderful experience brought by each meal seriously. This is the happiness of dry rice.

The best pork trotter rice in Chiang Mai is located at the Chang Puak Night Market stall at the North Gate of Chiang Mai. The stall is open at night. The beautiful lady boss wears a cowboy hat every day. A plate of pork trotter rice is only 30B. It is tender but not greasy, and the soup is thin but not bland.

Internet celebrity local food. Many people come here just like me. The boss lady cuts and plates the food herself without stopping. The business is very good. The taste is really good. The rice with marinade is very fragrant and sweet. With the refreshing pickles and Thai hot and sour sauce, it goes well with rice! Very good!

The owner of the pig's trotter rice got the name because she looks like the Taiwanese star Feng Feifei (but I don't know who Feng Feifei is). The pig's trotter rice is divided into large and small portions. The small portion is only 30 baht, but it is really small, about 3 mouthfuls. The pig's trotter in the pig's trotter rice is stewed soft and tasty, and it tastes good with half a soft-boiled egg.

The first feeling is that this is specially prepared for Chinese people. I don't have high expectations for the taste, so I ordered a small portion to try it. The price is quite attractive. The small portion is basically 130B, which is equivalent to 6 yuan. The platter of various meats is 50B, which is really cheap.
