Fuji Japanese Restaurant

This is a relatively good Japanese restaurant in Pattaya. The sushi there is pretty good. There are many Japanese tourists there. I think the ramen tastes pretty good too. The rice set is just so-so.

Fuji Japanese Restaurant in Pattaya is located in the Central Marina Center on Second Road, which is near the BIG C supermarket. The decoration is quite fresh and the store is quite large.

Fuji has many stores in Thailand, many of which are chain stores. The overall quality of the food is standard, but it is still different from privately run stores because all employees are employed and many are very young.

I came here because I heard they had Kobe beef, but I was fooled, there was none. I ordered some other food, the environment was nice, a little noisy, on the 5th floor of Central Festival, the prices were above average, the most expensive T-bone was 8-900,

This Japanese restaurant is located on the 5th floor from the underground entrance on Pattaya Beach Road. When you come up, look straight to the left and look for the blue restaurant. We didn't eat breakfast in the morning, so we ordered a lot. We were given 2 soups, one for fish soup and one for miso soup. The salmon sashimi salad tasted very good. Its sauce was sweet and sour. The salmon was tender and had less fat than what you buy in China. It tasted very good and fresh. The seafood platter was average. The last thing I want to talk about was Kobe beef. Because there was no Chinese, I ordered it by guessing. The beef was a little old at the corners, but very tender in the middle. There was a hint of blood in the middle. It was not sweet and tasted very good. Overall, the price was not low, but the taste was very good.

It's just upstairs in the shopping mall, easy to find. But because it's sushi, we have high requirements, so it feels very ordinary, just like the mall sushi, not up to the level of professional Japanese food. It's worth a try.

This Japanese restaurant is a popular restaurant in Thailand, it feels like it is packed with people. But we waited for 20 minutes and it was amazing. But I don’t want to eat sashimi anymore. I went to 8 restaurants in one day and it was a bit overwhelming. But I still ordered 3 dishes to check in. The salad was delicious, but the fried rice was terrible.
