First time here on a busy Saturday. The music was good, service was actually pretty quick considering the crowd. Prices were okay for a special event day, not too crazy. I'd come back.

Been coming here for years, and the pasta is always spot on. Had the carbonara last night, creamy but not heavy. That consistency keeps me coming back.

Noticed this restaurant for the last few months and was thinking about trying it out. The food rating was important and google ratings and both were exceptionally high.Booked a table online and went there on the weekend. The menu is varied and not complicated to read, the seating is good and the restaurant is well lit and busy which is a plus. Ordered and food took a while which means its fresh and the presentation was excellent, portions are large so even a small rice can feed two people. Tasty food and pleasant staff who take the time to talk. Will return next month and the cost is acceptable and to me not overpriced. Will recommend the Spare ribs as a starter, excellent.

Jim was our server and he really went above and beyond for my mum's birthday. The whole team was just so lovely and chill, it made the whole evening feel relaxed. A really nice touch.

Such a funky spot! The decor is wild, really sets the mood. Had their signature cocktail and the mushroom pasta - the pasta was so creamy and rich, just the right amount of garlic. Staff were super chill and knew the menu inside out.

Lovely pub, great atmosphere. Peter behind the bar was a real highlight, so attentive. He remembered our drinks order from last time, which was a nice touch. Made the evening feel that bit more personal.

The Sunday roast is solid. Beef was properly rare, roast potatoes crisp. Cauliflower cheese good too. Gravy was rich and plentiful. Portion size is decent for the price.

Food was incredible. Flavours were spot on, service was attentive without being overbearing. Just a really solid meal, no complaints.

The '3 seasons' chicken is what brought me here. It's got this unique sweet and savoury glaze, and the meat was so tender. Haven't seen that dish anywhere else! Service was quick and friendly too. A solid spot for Thai food.

A quiet Sunday lunch spot. The interior has this lovely, worn-in warmth – exposed brick and soft lighting. The pizza was a bit salty for my taste, but the flavours were genuinely good. A nice, relaxed place to unwind.

Been coming here for years after our weekend walks. The ales are always spot on, properly kept and consistent pint after pint. That's what keeps me coming back.

The courtyard was lovely for lunch on a sunny day. Really enjoyed the relaxed vibe out there, even though the place was packed. Just a nice spot to sit and eat.

Been here a few times for a quick bite before heading to the stadium. The lunch special hits the spot, doesn't break the bank. Food's solid, no fuss.

Been coming for years, and their tiramisu is still the one I order every time. Just the right balance of flavour and texture.

The 2-for-1 cocktail deal before 7pm is solid. Grabbed a couple after work in the beer garden. Good spot to decompress for an hour. Drinks were decent, service was prompt.

The lunch menu is a solid deal. The staff were really helpful in picking a wine that went with my pasta.

Love popping in here for a bite. The staff are genuinely lovely, which always makes it a nice visit. Had the grilled sea bass last time—cooked just right, skin was super crispy.

Great spot for a quick pint. The beer garden gets all the sun and the river view is nice. Just what you need to unwind for an hour.

The roast beef was a bit tough, and the veg was hard to cut through. A shame, as the service from the staff was really spot-on and friendly.

Xxxxx We visit the Toby Carvery at Bridgend regularly and find it consistent in both quality of food and service which we would rate as very good. We would have no hesitation in recommending this particular restaurant to anyone for both quality of food and service.

Decent food and service, but the portions are a bit small for the price.

This place is a real find. The sit-down menu is completely different from the takeaway one, which was a nice surprise. I had a lovely, quiet lunch trying some of their specialty dishes. Everything tasted very fresh.

The tapas were spot on. Patatas bravas had a nice crispy texture, and the gambas al ajillo were swimming in a garlicky oil that was perfect for dipping bread. Good selection of beers to wash it all down.

They managed our large group booking flawlessly. The pre-order communication was clear and the service never felt rushed, even when busy.

The fish and chips were spot on. The batter was light and crisp, the chips were proper thick-cut and fluffy inside. The mushy peas had a good minty kick. That's what I come for.

The staff were really attentive and the vibe was spot on. Had the lamb chops, which were cooked just right. Their wine list had some interesting local options that paired nicely. Parking was easy, which is always a plus.

Been coming here for years, mainly for the Sunday roast. The portion is huge - you get a proper plateful of everything. It's the kind of meal that keeps you going all day. Decent value for what you pay.

Huge portions, the mixed meat special was more than enough for two!

Friendly staff and good coffee. The flapjack they serve at the table is a nice touch.

Booked a late Sunday lunch. The roast was massive! Tender beef, crispy potatoes, and a whole jug of gravy. The Aperol spritz was a nice touch too. Lauren and the team were lovely.
