The four-cheese penne was spot on, creamy without being too heavy. My wife had the linguine Proven&ccedil;al and she cleaned the plate. Waiter handled the lunch rush like a pro, never felt rushed ourselves. Place was packed but we got our food quick. Solid neighborhood spot, I&#39;d go back.

The house wine here is a solid pick&mdash;decent pour, easy on the wallet, and it matched the rustic plates better than I expected. Staff sorted us a taxi when my French gave up on me, which saved the night. Food&rsquo;s straightforward, nothing fancy, but the wine made it click.

Fries were spot on again, meat cooked just right. Service was a bit slow though, and nobody really looked happy behind the counter. A smile would&#39;ve made the whole thing feel different.

&euro;50 per person for aperitif, starter, main, water and ros&eacute;. That&#39;s solid value honestly. Place got busy later which gave it some vibe. Service friendly enough. Nothing fancy but I&#39;d go back.

Stopped by for dinner on a whim. Solid Chinese spot right in the center of Kortrijk. We shared a starter, had a main, plus a glass of wine &mdash; came to about &euro;30. Fair for Belgium honestly. Nothing fancy but decent.

Came here with a couple of friends and honestly the owner made the whole night. Super welcoming, like we were guests in their home. Food is simple but fresh, nothing fancy but everything tasted good. We ended up staying way longer than planned just chatting. Only thing is the place is small so don&#39;t come with a huge group.

The karaage is really good here, crispy outside and juicy inside. They have a nice range of Japanese craft beers to go with it. A solid spot for a casual bite.

The food was excellent. Amazing flavours with exceptional presentation. The wait staff were very attentive. I will definitely return when next in Lille. Highly recommend.

The food is lovely, ideal for a quick stop between sights. Staff were polite and helpful, really made a difference. Just a bit of a wait for the order to come out, but that&#39;s okay when you&#39;re not in a rush.

The chicken tandoori and palak paneer were solid&mdash;probably the best Indian I&#39;ve had around Kortrijk. The place itself is pretty basic though, tables a bit close together and the chairs aren&#39;t super comfy. Food came out quick and hot though. Would go back for the curry, just not planning to linger long after eating.

Cosy setting although can get quite noisy if restaurant &amp; bar are full. The menu has limited options (~5 entr&eacute;es &amp; 5 main courses) but the dishes are not your usual home-dishes which is nice if you want a change. The taste was good although condiments arrived late and the meat was a bit overcooked. Personnel was polite and made us at ease with light humor and tended to our needs. Restaurant is on the high end of pricing but overall a nice evening.

The restaurant is a small family run place a little out of the center of Lille.   The food is cooked in the small kitchen which is right next to the dinning room.  The food was excellent and reasonably priced.

The steak frites. Ordered medium-rare, it was cooked just right. The fries were crisp, seasoned well. The wait was noticeable, but the dish itself was solid.

The four-cheese pizza with thick crust is pretty good. I don&#39;t eat pizza often, but I&#39;d come back.

Sushi was solid, good portions and fresh fish. Service was quick and efficient, which is exactly what I need during a busy lunch break. Got my order in and out in no time.

Service was the best part. Staff were super polite and quick, didn&#39;t feel rushed even though we were in a hurry. Got our food and bill fast, perfect before the show.
