TheForkUserWe loved the food and the service. Unfortunately not all the dishes were available in the evening. We have realised that the place is for skiing day and not and evening place. It’s outside of the town at the end of the ski piste. I can imagine how the place can be nice at the end of the ski day.

The wine list is extensive in my opinion is too expensive. 1 first dish sharing and 2 pizzas with a bottle of white wine (one of the cheapest from the list) 94 € seems to me a lot.

TheForkUserWe sat outside, having made a reservation. Nice restaurant, nice food but the server was incredibly surly and did all he could to ignore us. He took our food order before drinks, and we waited around 40 minutes to get water and wine served at the table.

Magnificent discovery, hidden in the streets of a small village, the interior is like entering your grandmother's living room with a fireplace. With all the furnishings, memories, and tools of your grandmother. Priceless atmosphere. Magical. The menu is clearly very well thought out. Nothing is left to chance or to propose some dishes just because they are popular. Highly recommended.

TheForkUserWe have passed by it many times but we have never stopped, we thought that the Carraro was a hotel with an attached restaurant for guests. Thanks to The Fork we booked a lunch and we did not regret it: exquisite traditional Trentino dishes, excellent service (with a smile) and a family atmosphere in a well-kept environment.
