Booked ahead for a Friday night, good thing we did—it's cozy and fills up fast! Perfect for catching up with a couple friends, we could actually hear each other talk. The small space makes it feel more intimate. Just be ready to maybe wait a bit if you're a bigger group.

The scallop tempura skewers were so good. Light and crispy, not greasy at all. They have a lot of local sake too. Just stopped by for a quick bite.

Mapo noodles were a pleasant surprise. I'm not big on spice, but the richness and that hint of butter made them so comforting. A bit heavy, but in a good way.

The French restaurant at ANA Crowne Plaza Okayama offers a delightful lobster course lunch that is both delicious and well-portioned. The attentive service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Got the seafood soy sauce koji rice bowl. The sashimi selection changes daily, which is nice. Portions are actually pretty generous, bigger than my photo makes it look. Simple and fresh.

I love the seasonal parfaits here; they are beautifully presented and offer a good balance of flavors, making each visit enjoyable.

The chawanmushi was so smooth. Sashimi was cut perfectly. You can tell the chefs really care about what they're doing. Quick and efficient for a solo lunch.
