Convenient stop right off the highway, easy parking. The spare ribs were really good, meat fell off the bone. Waitress spoke English well and was nice. Card payment worked fine.

Big portions, that's for sure. Place looks nice inside too. Solid if you just need a hearty meal and don't wanna wait around.

Deer medallions with almonds in honey sauce were the highlight for me. Never had that combo before, pretty tasty. Terrace is chill too, nice greenery around.

The grilled sea bass was really fresh, nicely seasoned. Interior's a bit old-school, but that's part of the local feel. Good spot for a simple, healthy meal.

Tried the pizza named after the place—thin crust, crispy edges, toppings actually fresh. Got lucky with a table right away, but it looked like it fills up fast. Would've liked a bit more sauce though. Solid spot if you're in the mood for a proper pizza fix. 🍕

The octopus was the standout. Cooked just right, soft but with that slight charred edge. Didn't have a booking on a busy night and they still squeezed us in. Price felt fair for the portion. Would come back just for that dish again.

Owner’s a proper character, chatted with us and cracked jokes. Even poured a taste of his homemade white wine. Place has that old-school rustic feel you don’t see much anymore.

The pork knuckle was crispy and tasty — pretty good overall. Cozy traditional spot, though it did get a bit noisy later in the evening.

Great spot for a group hangout—owner let us dry off and shower after cycling in the rain. Apple strudel hit the spot 🍎

Stopped by for dinner, the food tasted properly local. Waiter spoke German and English, real polite guy. Portions are huge though, one plate is enough for two honestly.

Stumbled in here on a whim and honestly the pizza caught me off guard—thin crust, decent char, toppings actually fresh. Place has that proper pub vibe, low lighting, wooden tables. Staff let me take my time with the menu. Bill was fair for what I got. Wouldn't mind coming back if I'm in the area again.

The Käsespätzle was really good—cheesy, comforting, and clearly made fresh. Portion felt generous for the price. Owner was friendly too.

Desserts rounded things off nicely, and the vibe was chill. Just wish we’d had a bit more space between tables.

The terrace is the main reason to come here—right across the street in the park, under the trees. Nice spot to sit, though the wooden floor shakes a bit every time staff walks past. Noticed it more than I expected. Food was fine, nothing memorable, but the setting does most of the work. Fair for the price.

The 9-course tasting menu was solid. Local ingredients, clean plating, flavors came through well. Wine pairing matched nicely. Service knew their stuff, explained each dish without dragging it out. Not cheap, but fair for the level of cooking. I'd come back for a special occasion.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the pasta, portion was massive. Honestly could've shared it. Service was fast, no waiting around. Place was warm inside, good for a chilly day. Just what I needed for a short break. Maybe not the fanciest, but it does the job.

We had our wedding dinner here and honestly the food was the highlight. Portions were generous for the price, which surprised me since venue food is usually tiny. The schnitzel was huge and the sides weren't an afterthought. Guests kept mentioning it afterwards. Only downside was the service lagged a bit when it got busy, but the value made up for it.

Tucked away near the center, found this place by accident. The basil avocado coconut cake was weird but really good. Garden terrace is chill if you can get a seat.

Came here on a whim and honestly the food hit the spot. Had the schnitzel, crispy and juicy, not dry at all. Service was friendly too, nothing over the top, just normal and nice. Place got busy around 7, so it got a bit loud, but I didn't mind. Would come back if I'm in the area.

The terrace by the river really makes this place. I had the grilled fish and it was done just right—moist inside, light char outside. I'm picky about freshness and this didn't disappoint. A bit noisy from the water, but that's part of the charm. Would come back for the view alone.

The vegan plate was really fresh, and the portion felt generous for the price. Service was quick too. Just wish they had a bit more variety on the menu.

The fish soup was really good. Probably the best I’ve had in a while. My friends said the same. Portion size was decent for the price. Service was quick even though the place was busy. I’d go back if I’m in the area again. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

Solid spot for a quick bite. Got the lunch special, food came out fresh. Mains took a little longer than I'd like, but nothing crazy. Would stop by again if I'm nearby.

Pizza was solid — easily the best slice I’ve had around here in a while. Grabbed it to go, no wait, no fuss. Owner was friendly too.

Lemonade was spot on. Not too sweet, just right. Coffee solid too. Prices fair for the area. Service friendly enough. Cozy spot for a chill meal. Nothing fancy but does the job.
