There is no set menu, so I ordered the local specialty Bistecca alla Disossata, which is a grilled Florentine steak, boneless. In fact, everyone ordered T-bone steak, but a 21kg portion costs 35 euros, and I don’t have money. This one is only 12 euros, plus a glass of red wine, the bill is 14 euros! Very satisfied!
