TheForkUserOur trip to Cortona started with the most Memorable dinning experience we had all weekend. Organika (Francisco and his team) delivered 10/10 on all aspects. from when we arrived after a delightful sunset stroll down the hill from the town Centre. We were greeted immediately and taken to our outside table and our experience began. some light cocktails and delicious breads and oils followed by 4 excellent dishes with paired wines to match generous servings made it more special as sometimes wine pairing can leave you wanting a few sips more. the ambience was just what we expected, a large table next to us seemed to be having an equally amazing evening, We overheard one lady say that it was the best meal of her life and how could Tuscany do better. at the end of the evening Francisco came to ask our feedback and we couldn't praise his dedication and teams efforts throughout the evening any more .Well done I cant wait for my next trip to Cortona and to dine again in Organika.

We thought at 55 euros that it was an excellent value for the money, with interesting dishes and very tasty flavor combinations. All of our courses paired very well with a great Sicilian wine (Girolamo Russo Nerina Etna Blanco 2023) which was suggested by our lovely server, Aurrette who gave us exceptional service. The restaurant is bit far out of town, but we were very glad we came for dinner - especially because they were open on a Monday evening when many restaurants are closed.

Miss this and you will be doing yourself a great disservice.

David, who is the owner was happy to accommodate special requests and offered great ideas on how to execute them. The Syrah from own vineyard was a nice wine to accommodate our lunch. The atmosphere was special. We loved it. The next visit to the restaurant will include a stay at the amazing rooms.
