The terrace really is the main reason to come here. We grabbed a few drinks and some snacks, and the vibe was nice. Food itself is good, but portions are small for what you pay. I'd stick to lighter stuff instead of a full meal. Probably better for a casual hangout than a proper dinner.

The breakfast at the restaurant was amazing and versatile, with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend trying it out!

The gluten-free bun actually held together—no crumbly mess. Burger was solid, and they don’t charge extra for the GF option. That alone makes me want to come back.

We went for a late dinner and got the bone marrow first. It was really rich, exactly what I wanted. Portions surprised me, bigger than I thought they'd be. For the quality, the price felt fair. Place was busy but we didn't wait long. Solid spot if you're in the area and want something a bit nicer without the fuss.

Been coming here for a while now. The stuffed quail is still as good as the first time I tried it. That gratin dauphinois on the side, just perfect with it. Place has that steady, reliable feel you don't always find. Bread's always fresh too. Just a solid spot in Kallio I keep going back to.

Lovely little spot with those big windows — great for watching the city go by. Vanilla latte was properly good, breakfast sandwich did the job. Would’ve liked a bit more space between tables, but fine overall.

Big plate of food for under 10 euros, can't really complain. Steak was cooked properly, nothing fancy but solid. Canteen vibe, a bit basic but fine for a quick lunch.

Decent spot right by the station. Buffet had a good mix, sushi was fresh enough. Some rolls were a bit weird though. Price felt fair for what you get.

Good beer selection and they always have something on special. Solid spot for a quick pint after work. Been coming here for years.

We went for dinner on a quiet Tuesday. I had the iwashi and it was pretty good, not too fishy. The anago was decent too, though I wished the portion was a bit bigger. Tofu was a nice surprise. Prices are fair for Helsinki. Place is small, so booking is probably smart.

Cozy spot near the square. Staff were nice and spoke English, food was decent for what you pay. Nothing fancy but fine for a quick bite.

The strawberry flavor actually tasted like real Finnish berries, not the fake syrupy stuff. Friendly service too. Portions are a bit small for the price, but the quality makes up for it.

Stopped by for drinks and ended up ordering the ribs — so glad we did. Sweet, smoky, basically falling apart. The truffle mac and cheese with chorizo was a solid side too. Good place to hang with friends, nothing fancy but does the job. 😊

The butter chicken here is properly rich, not too sweet like some places. Weekday lunch pricing is decent for the portion you get. I popped in on a Tuesday and it was quiet enough to actually enjoy the meal. Would come back if I'm in the neighbourhood again.

The interior is cozy and the service really stands out. Chef Fer personally checked on our table and made sure everything ran smoothly. Felt taken care of the whole evening without being hovered over. Just a solid, warm experience.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Pizza was solid, house wine did the job. Terrace seating is a nice touch if you can grab a spot. Place is medium-sized, cozy enough. Service was fast, which I appreciated. Nothing fancy, but it worked for a quick bite.

Been coming here for a while now. The okonomiyaki is still the reason I keep going back. Had the yuzu crème brûlée again last time, still good. Place gets busy but the staff managed fine. Not the cheapest spot but you get what you pay for.

The lunch buffet is a solid pick, especially the salad bar—so many hearty options. The focaccia was still warm when I got there, which was a nice touch.

The margherita is the best I've had in Helsinki. Dough is spot on, sauce and cheese balanced just right. Even as an Italian, I'd eat this back home.

The cocktail list here is actually pretty solid for a pub. I had a mango lassi and it was fresh, not too sweet. The Indian menu has good variety, though I wish there were more veggie options that weren't just paneer. Nice spot for a casual drink with some spice.

Stopped by for the vegan breakfast and honestly it was solid. Fresh bread, homemade granola, decent portion. Place looks nice too. Staff were friendly enough. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get but I'd come back if I'm in the area.

Food was solid and the service quick. Modern interior fits the concept. No complaints, I'd come back.

Stopped by for a quick lunch. Got the marinated olives and a bloody mary — both did the job. Terrace is nice when the sun's out. Staff didn't rush me, which was good. Solid spot if you're in the center and want something light.

Came for the lunch buffet, solid deal with water/tea/coffee thrown in. Main dish rotates daily, today's was cooked well. Salad bar's a bit limited though. Busy around noon, had to wait a few minutes for a table. Fine if you're not in a rush.

The beef oroshi was really good—the cheek just fell apart and that fennel pickle on the side was a nice touch. Barley rice too, solid combo. Price felt okay for what you get. Only thing is the lighting is super bright, kind of like a canteen, so not the coziest spot for a long catch-up with friends. Fine for a quick dinner though 😄

Stumbled into this place for dinner and honestly the staff made it easy to like. Food was solid, nothing crazy but well made. Prices are okay for the city, not cheap but fair. I’d sit at the counter again, nice vibe without being too loud. Maybe not a destination spot, but a good find if you’re nearby.
